Nothing, a very bad hotel
Room had a bed only, no chairs, no night lights, pillows were about 25 years old. Gents toilets were a share, but not clean. Ladies bathroom was a shared bathroom, floors very dirty as was toilets and had men in it at 9:30 pm, carpets filthy, floors very dirty. Kitchen a joke, breakfast just as bad, fresh milk was full fat only, crockery was a disgrace, only 4 very small cups for 12 rooms, no mugs. Butter, 3 varieties all open and been around for some months, apricot jam going crystallised and been open for some months and fully contaminated, marmalade had lid frozen and again well by used by date. Free breakfast was cereal but not sure how old it was, fresh bread was available but toaster so dirty, never been cleaned. Owner arrived after phone call to book us in, then she was gone. This place should be shut down except for the pub and pizza that are offered.

Breakfast was terrible. Only 2 coffee cups for 12 rooms, condiments in fridge incl margarine were old and in poor condition. These should be single use items not a old tub of margarine and old condiment. No tea towels, no washing up detergent. Very poor
Back door to premises was left open all night. No on site staff, men in ladies bathroom. The heater on the room was filthy and could easily catch on fire. The breakfast was as described above.
I not sure about the breakfast all we saw was a loaf of bread, spreads, milk and cereal

I understand Kandos is a small town and running a hotel is not easy.
The only item which needs attention is more clarity around breakfast. We had no milk and had we known beforehand we would have bought some with us.
We were the only residents overnight and breakfast area needs to be kept cleaner more so because of non use.

For $160 for the night disgusting Couldn't move trying walk into the room .Three of as stay in a hotel Beautiful Queen size bed 2 3/4 beds air conditioner including fans plus a wall TV plus a small fridge plus a tablet small table 2 chair Coffee tea sugar milk Next door Shower also liquid soap in the shower room shampoo conditioner in your pub. It had mould in one of the shower rooms in the soaps container and the other two showers had nothing plus kitchen room smoke. Two rats running around in there too for $160. Very pooling indeed never again and I will never recommend it to anybody. Out

have stayed here previously multiple times and was good and always clean this time we Had to vacuum our own rooms as they looked like they had not been cleaned in months and change our own sheets as clearly had not been changed we were offered an apology
The food was good. All the staff were friendly and great.
The room was filthy, the sheets and beds were all filthy to the point we couldn’t use the blankets, it was soooo cold. The heater barely took the chill off the air. Needless to say we barely got any sleep. Will never be back. Will never recommend this place to anyone which is unfortunate.
