We were quite happy to stay in an historic hotel where there was not a lot of patronage.
Pros:

I understand Kandos is a small town and running a hotel is not easy.
The only item which needs attention is more clarity around breakfast. We had no milk and had we known beforehand we would have bought some with us.
We were the only residents overnight and breakfast area needs to be kept cleaner more so because of non use.

Cons:

Nothing in general. Bistro was excellent and rooms were very good.

For $160 for the night disgusting Couldn't move trying walk into the room .Three of as stay in a hotel Beautiful Queen size bed 2 3/4 beds air conditioner including fans plus a wall TV plus a small fridge plus a tablet small table 2 chair Coffee tea sugar milk Next door Shower also liquid soap in the shower room shampoo conditioner in your pub. It had mould in one of the shower rooms in the soaps container and the other two showers had nothing plus kitchen room smoke. Two rats running around in there too for $160. Very pooling indeed never again and I will never recommend it to anybody. Out

have stayed here previously multiple times and was good and always clean this time we Had to vacuum our own rooms as they looked like they had not been cleaned in months and change our own sheets as clearly had not been changed we were offered an apology

Will never be back.
Pros:

The food was good. All the staff were friendly and great.

Cons:

The room was filthy, the sheets and beds were all filthy to the point we couldn’t use the blankets, it was soooo cold. The heater barely took the chill off the air. Needless to say we barely got any sleep. Will never be back. Will never recommend this place to anyone which is unfortunate.

We didn’t stay we left and found other accommodation

The place is absolutely filthy, there is bird poop everywhere including the communal bathroom , ( that I don’t think has ever been cleaned )the rooms smelt musty and the people from the restaurant downstairs sat on the stairs to smoke so it come up into the room .
