ארוחת בוקר טובה. המיקום קטסטרופה. רחוק מהכביש, עליה חזקה למלון, והתמצאות קשה. חניה רחוקה. אנחנו פנסיונרים וההגעה למלון אתגר

Die Unterkunft ist durch die exklusive Lage und die individuelle Betreuung machen das Hotel sehr empfehlenswert

Die Aussicht ist atemberaubend, der Chef des Hauses ist super nett und betreut seine Gäste persönlich und individuell. Er hat uns viel über die Geschichte des Hauses und die der Stadt erzählt.
Das Frühstück ist hervorragend mit der besten Aussicht am Ort.

Cons:

Den Kaffee zum Frühstück mussten wir bezahlen, obwohl das Frühstück inclusive war. Das fanden wir etwas ungewöhnlich.

Heerlijke, rustige plek midden in het centrum met uitzicht op de stad
Pros:

Op een super goede plek in het midden van het oude historische centrum gelegen. Goede uitvalsbasis. Schoon/ veilig/ prachtig uitzicht op het dakterras tijdens het ontbijt. Vriendelijk ontvangen door Aleksander die ons heeft geholpen met parkeren van de auto.

prima hotel in het oude deel van Berat, schuin tegen de heuvel aangelegen, zeer schoon en ruime kamer met schoon sanitair, aardig personeel en een heerlijk ontbijt op het dakterras met uitzicht op de stad

Fantastiskt fin villa som hade en riktigt fin terrass med bra utsikt mot nya delen av staden. Väldigt trevliga värdar som var väldigt serviceminded serverade även mycket god frukost!

Butikowy hotel w pieczołowicie odrestaurowanym starym domu w samym sercu starego miasta w Berat. Hotel to ledwie kilka pokoi w starym zabytkowym otomańskim domu. Oferuje tarasy ze wspaniałym widokiem na rzekę i stare miasto. Serwowane na tarasie bardzo dobre śniadania z własnymi przetworami oraz warzywami z własnego ogrodu. Pokoje są OK, ale to stary dom, więc są dość ciasne i niezbyt słoneczne. Parking na placu parę kroków od hotelu - dodatkowo płatny.

Cons:

Na tarasie miło się przesiaduje po zmierzchu, ale tylko przy napojach zakupionych w hotelu, o czym właściciel poinformuje cię od razu po zameldowaniu.

Keine Möglichkeit zur Verdunklung der Zimmer (nur blickdichte Vorhänge)


Der Inhaber versucht neben dem eigentlichen Hotelpreis aus allem Geld zu machen (Parkplatz, Wasser auf dem Zimmer, alles unverhältnismäßig teuer).
Über jede Kleinigkeit musste man diskutieren, insgesamt ist man dann aber auf ein für uns ansprechendes Ergebnis gekommen.

Kartenzahlung war entgegen der vorher angefragten und zugesagten Option nicht möglich, angeblich wegen Probleme mit der Bank. Es wurde nichtmal probiert das EC-Gerät zu bedienen.

Durch die gleich von Anfang an aufkommenden Probleme mit dem Parkplatz war der ganze Aufenthalt trotz der schönen Unterkunft nicht wirklich zu genießen und das ist wirklich schade!

Beautifully restored, traditional Albania property. Attention to detail, the decor was beautiful. The owner obviously takes pride in the property, being his own home, as well as Berat and Albanian culture. The location was perfectly located close to the town and the castle. Lovely vibes, friendly staff, dogs, cats, chickens, overall great stay. Breakfast was lovely and all homegrown on the property.

Cons:

Nothing negative about the property but to note that parking was not free as stated. Alexander will assist with finding a spot but it was not free.
