Top locatie! Lekker aan de boulevard en dichtbij als het leven. Mooi uitzicht over de stad en de zee.

Cons:

Wat verouderd en gedateerd hotel, maar verder prima. Ontbijt was oké, maar geen hoogstandje. Personeel is vriendelijk, maar spreekt niet allemaal goed Engels. Parkeren is soms een uitdaging.

Cons:

The power went out twice as well as the water. We often had to have cold showers as there was not hot water left. We often were woken up between 1-4am due to other guests returning to the room being very loud- yelling, knocking on walls and doors and this was very disruptive. Bit of a language barrier with the staff which made things hard sometimes

Pros:

La posizione dell’hotel è ottima, si trova davanti alla spiaggia, sulla passeggiata.
La colazione è stata sufficiente, molto bello il fatto di essere servita al sesto piano con vista sul mare.

Cons:

Abbiamo avuto problemi con la stanza (l’asta delle tende è caduta giù dal muro) lo staff non si è dimostrato comprensibile e ci ha addirittura incolpato dell’accaduto. Il climatizzatore della stanza era guasto e faceva un rumore insopportabile. Solo dopo ripetute lamentele ci hanno cambiato la stanza, nonostante ci avessero detto più volte che l’hotel era al completo. Solo due ragazzi si sono dimostrati disponibili ad aiutarci, forse è arrivato il momento di lasciare spazio ai giovani!

Il bagno è molto piccolo, la doccia non è funzionale in quanto allaga il bagno ogni qual volta si utilizza.

Consiglio più attenzione alla manutenzione e ai dettagli e una maggior cortesia verso gli ospiti. Non torneremo.
