Pros:

Erdő szélén, csendes környezetben található a szálloda Sarajevótól 15 percre. Modern, kényelmes, tiszta.
Nekünk Montenegróból Magyarországra hazaúton több, mint tökéletes volt.

A személyzet kiemelkedő figyelmessége, kedvessége mellett, a szobák berendezése nagyon kellemes hangulatú. Az ágy kényelmes, megfelelő méretű. A reggeli isteni volt, akárcsak a vacsora, amit az éttermében ettünk. Az egész család nagyon jól érezte magát. Ha legközelebb erre járunk, biztosan ezt a hotelt választjuk újra.

Passer godt for de som elsker naturen og stilheten.
Pros:

Rent. God stemning rundt og inne. Terrassen, personell, frokost sal og servering av type kaffe man ønsker seg. God mat i restuarant. Tjeneste innstilt.

Cons:

Måtte ta taxi fram og tilbake til Sarajevo som gjør ekstra kostnad på 60 euro daglig. Best når man reiser med egen bil.

Konum olarak ıyı ve bu ıyı konumda guzel bır restorant/cafesı var,calışanlar iyi,

Cons:

-Kaldıgım oda da bır kapı daha vardı ve tahmınım bu kapı yan odaya acılıyor(ıkı oda ısteye gore bırlesıyor sanırım) ama odalarda kalanlar bunu bılmedıgı ıcın gece yarısı bırden yan odada kalanlar bu kapıyı acmaya calıstıgında korkuyorsunuz ( en azından bı uyarı yazısı yazılmalı veya musterılere bılgı verılmelı). -Menude hıc kokteyl secenegı yok ,şık bır bar/restoranta yakışmamış

Bad experience for the price; 1 star
Pros:

It was quiet

Cons:

Room was very small, water from shower went everywhere, Breakfast was BAD, rooms are hot in summer (no airco), understaffed, checking out tool 30 minutes, no plates or cutlary available.

Booking even worse than the bad organized hotel.
Pros:

I like the cleanest, design and food.

Cons:

First, the Booking.com company failed to persuade the hotel to fulfill what was promised. We had 2 booking with 2 rooms per booking - 10 people in total including kids and elderly parents. No, the hotel had only 2 rooms total ready, which was not enough (obviously). The staff including management said that they CANNOT DO ANYTHING!!! So we needed to persuade them and be very strict and persistent. Afteg huge pressure we managed to find additional room in other hotel… On the otherside, Booking.com has sent me that they can send me 5€ for new accommodation. How silly is this???
