Pekné ubytovanie s otrasným zákazníckym servisomS izbou sme boli nadmieru spokojní – bola čistá a pekná. Obrovským sklamaním však bol prístup manažéra a pani na recepcii. Počas oddychu na pláži ma neustále obťažovali správami, aby som sa vrátil na hotel, pretože im chýbajú dva uteráky. Absolútne odmietali pochopiť, že chybu urobila ich upratovačka, ktorá nám ich zle vydala. Namiesto riešenia problému s vlastným personálom otravovali hostí na dovolenke. Kvôli tomuto otrasnému správaniu sa sem už nevrátime.

Lovely property, but awful customer serviceThe room itself was excellent – very clean and nice. Unfortunately, the behavior of the manager and the receptionist was a major disappointment. They repeatedly messaged me while I was on the beach, demanding that I return to the hotel over two missing towels. They completely failed to comprehend that the mistake was made by their housekeeping staff, who miscounted the towels given to us. Rather than addressing the issue internally, they chose to disturb guests during their holiday. Due to this unacceptable treatment, we will never stay here again.

Хороший интернет , прекрасное расположение, вкусные завтраки , свежая мебель и ремонт. Проводилась лёгкая уборка в номере каждый день.

Cons:

Двухместные номера очень тесные , рассчитывайте на то что если вас будет в номере двое , элементарно не будет где положить чемодан. Так же не понравилось то что в душе очень маленькая перегородка и всю душевую и туалет заливает водой. Если попросить на ресепшене вызвать такси до аэропорта-вызывают только свою фирму где на 13 евро дороже чем то такси которое вызвали мы .
