My preferred hotel in Banja Luka
Pros:

Whenever I’m in Banja Luka, I always stay at Hotel Integra. It has become my favorite place to be.
The rooms are beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. The location is perfect—set along a lovely tree-lined avenue that provides plenty of shade and a pleasant walk to the city center. The garden terrace has a wonderful atmosphere, and the 2 restaurants are excellent, one serving delicious traditional food. In the evenings, they often have live music, which makes the experience even more special. Even if you wish to sleep early, the music is not till l ate but it is so nice even to just enjoy it in the room. There’s also convenient either valet or garage parking.
What stands out the most, however, is the incredibly kind and welcoming staff. During this visit, I had an unexpected issue with my reservation due to a last-minute change of plans, and the hotel was exceptionally understanding and accommodating. Their willingness to help made all the difference.
I highly recommend Hotel Integra to anyone visiting Banja Luka. It’s always my first choice, and I look forward to coming back every time.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt in einem sehr guten Hotel

Sehr kompetentes Personal, tolle Terasse mit sehr guten Restaurants

Cons:

Viel zu kleiner Frühstücksraum, bin zum dritten Mal im Hotel und es hat immer an Tassen, Gläsern und Besteck gefehlt.
