Comfortable stay and welcoming service, with breakfast as the main improvement area
Pros:

The hotel was clean and well maintained, with good facilities and a comfortable atmosphere. The lady from Macedonia at the reception was exceptionally welcoming and professional, always ready to help and provide valuable information, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The hotel also features a standalone restaurant and a separate outdoor bar, both offering a vibrant atmosphere, attentive service and a pleasant setting to relax and enjoy good food and drinks.
The location is very close to the town center and despite being situated on one of the town’s main roads, the sound insulation is excellent, ensuring a quiet and comfortable stay.

Cons:

The main area for improvement is the breakfast experience. The breakfast area feels somewhat undersized and could benefit from additional space, as moving between the tables can be challenging during busy periods. In addition, the selection, presentation and variety of food could be enhanced to better match the overall quality of the hotel.

Aki szereti a puccos szállodákat, az jól fogja érezni magát, de ha pihenni szeretnél, ne ide gyere!
Pros:

A büféreggeli meglepően jó volt, bár az első kávé az nem volt még meleg sem. A szálloda elhelyezkedése nagyon jó, autóval jól megközelíthető. Gyalog 5 perc az óváros, a folyóparton több étteremmel.

Cons:

Lehetetlen pihenni, a kerthelységben üvölt a zene, a hátsó étteremben szintén... Hét autóval érkeztünk, amit előre jeleztem a szállodának. A parkolás kissé káoszos volt, de fél óra alatt mindenkinek lett helye. A fürdőszoba tele volt fekete szőrszálakkal, a bidét ki kellett fertőtlenítenünk, hogy használható legyen.

Schönes Hotel, zentral gelegen, werde es wieder buchen
Pros:

Zentrale Lage, das sehr gute traditionelle Restaurant inklusive der netten Kellner,, Zimmer waren sauber und schön,, trotzdem ein schönes Hotel.

Cons:

leider waren die Kellner zum Frühstück nicht so auf Zack, die Tische waren im Frühstücks Raum sehr eng zusammengestellt, schade dass es keinen einzigen deutschsprachigen TV Sender gab

Loud music till 2 am - unacceptable!
Pros:

The room is clean and well-equipped. Nice bathroom as well.

Cons:

There was very loud music from a party downstairs that we were only told about when it was too late to cancel our booking. The loud music went on the whole evening until 2 am, so we were unable to sleep until 2 am, and we had a long drive the following day.

This is totally unacceptable!

God værdi for pengene +++++
Pros:

Gratis parkering i p-kælderen, sikret parkering med vagt.
Gode senge, komfortabel værelse.
Ok morgenmad og meget høflig og hjælpsom personale.

Cons:

I badeværelset er der ingen kroge til håndklæder. :/
