Pros:

Tutto ok. La struttura è vicinissima al centro storia di Sarajevo. È presente un supermercato di fronte alla strada di accesso. Camere spaziose.

Cons:

A mio avviso non è un hotel, e non è nemmeno un 4 stelle. Le tende lasciano trapassare la luce la mattina.
L’addetto alla reception è presente solo alla mattina. All’arrivo si accede alla struttura con un codice. Non è possibile fare la colazione in struttura.

El hotel está muy bien situado, a un paso del mercado de Sarajevo y el ayuntamiento. Pese a eso, es un lugar muy tranquilo y sin ruidos

Cons:

Sólo tienen recepción desde las 8 a las 15 (teóricamente) porque en alguna ocasión entramos o salimos en dicho horario, y tampoco había nadie. Fue imposible que nos facilitaran aparcamiento, pese a que lo había solicitado. Lo peor es que no hicieron la cama ninguna de las tres noches que estuvimos allí

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, the interior was beautiful, and everything was exceptionally clean. The rooms were comfortable, well-maintained, and exceeded our expectations.
The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay. Their support and genuine hospitality really made the experience special.
Overall, a fantastic hotel with excellent service. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sarajevo!

Excellent, value-for-money hotel in Sarajevo
Pros:

The hotel was well-located near the centre and the market, not far from a tram stop. The rooms were very spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a full, modern bathroom. The staff were very helpful, friendly, and communicated well before check-in. It was very good value for money and I would stay again.

Happy with everything.
