La camera molto bella, hotel silenzioso , si dorme benissimo. Le ragazza alla reception di nome Lejla molto gentile e disponibile ad accogliere ogni mia richiesta. Tornerò sicuramente qui in questo hotel.

Excellent location and a comfortable stay overall
Pros:

The hotel is ideally situated just outside the Old Town, yet only about 100 meters from it. It provides immediate access to the historic boundary between the Ottoman and Austro-Hungarian parts of Sarajevo, making it a perfect base for exploring the city on foot.

The room was spacious enough, and the bed was comfortable. The staff I communicated with were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. There is a small supermarket directly across the street, which is very convenient.

My room overlooked the courtyard, so it was pleasantly quiet despite the central location. Check-in was easy and efficient: the hotel provided a door access code in advance, and the room key was waiting inside.

The room was equipped with a safe secured by a traditional key, a kettle, complimentary tea bags and instant coffee. There was also a minibar with water and other beverages available.

Cons:

On the downside, the television was quite small and offered only local channels. The Wi-Fi connection became noticeably slow during peak hours. Water pressure was also weak during busy periods, although it was perfectly adequate at other times.

員工非常熱心幫忙你的一切需求。我在早上10點多抵達時，房間已經清掃完成，員工就讓我直接入住了；而且我有安排到其他城市兩三天，大的行李箱也願意讓我借放在這裡，並協助保存的非常好。整體體驗非常的棒，大推。而且

Dietro l'angolo a Sarajevo
Pros:

La posizione è fantastica, a due minuti a piedi dal centro di Sarajevo ma in una stradina laterale, così rimane fuori dal caos.
Splendido anche lo staff, sono super disponibili per qualsiasi cosa... io ho fatto il self check in, ma mi hanno dato tutte le indicazioni e sono stati impeccabili nell'organizzare i transfert per l'aeroporto e sempre reperibili su Whatsapp.
La camera era grande, il bagno anche (molto pulito) e c'era un terrazzino (io non fumo, ma per un fumatore è molto comodo); letto comodo (e io a quello ci tengo).
Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo.

Cons:

Mi è piaciuto tutto, in realtà.
Da italiana preciso solo, per chi, magari, vedendo "4 stelle", si aspetta standard particolarmente elevati che il livello non è proprio lo stesso, è una struttura più essenziale; la reception è "presidiata" fisicamente solo fino alle 15.30, il phon è piccolino e si surriscalda presto (quindi se hai i capelli molto lunghi devi calcolare che ci vuole un po'), la moquette è un pochino datata... niente che possa negare un ottimo voto, comunque (ci tornerei volentieri).
