Totalmente decepcionante.No es la categoría que describe de hotel cuatro estrellas, más bien parece un apartamento, prácticamente no hay nadie en recepción, sólo por las mañanas un rato.. no nos hicieron la habitación en cuatro días, tuvimos que enviar un mensaje para que nos trajeran alguna toalla limpia . Nos dieron un código para poder entrar a la llegada y las llaves estaban en un sobre en el mostrador , si hay algún problema por la tarde o por la noche allí no hay nadie, parecía edificio fantasma.

Despite clicking the option for parking, they actually don’t have their own parking , and as I hired a car for my stay in Sarajevo it was not

I had to park in a private car park a few minutes away from the hotel. The hotel is in a tight location.
The location is super central. The room and bathroom are well renovated and spacious
