L’unica nota positiva — e sottolineo L’UNICA — è stato il ragazzo che ci ha accolti alla “reception”: gentilissimo, educato e disponibile. A lui va sicuramente riconosciuto il merito. Peccato che una persona gentile non possa compensare le condizioni della struttura.

Cons:

⭐ 1 stella perché zero, purtroppo, non si può mettere.
4 STELLE? ASSOLUTAMENTE NO.
Onestamente, chiamarlo hotel a 4 stelle è quasi offensivo per chi viaggia e paga aspettandosi determinati standard. Per la nostra esperienza, non ne vale nemmeno 2.
Avevamo prenotato due camere, una doppia e una singola. Già entrando abbiamo capito che qualcosa non andava.
🧹 PULIZIA: INACCETTABILE.
Cassetti dei comodini sporchi, superfici impolverate, asciugamani sporchi e, una volta tolte le lenzuola, coprimaterasso pieno di capelli. Il materasso era completamente deformato, con una grossa fossa da un lato. Niente ciabatte monouso.niente kit bagno.
Nel bagno, la situazione non migliorava: la ventilazione dopo pochi minuti iniziava a emanare una forte puzza di bruciato. Lo scarico della doccia era praticamente intasato e bastavano pochi minuti per ritrovarsi con la doccia completamente piena d’acqua.
Nella seconda camera il mio amico ha trovato capelli sparsi sul pavimento del bagno.

🛏️ COMFORT: ZERO.
La coperta del letto matrimoniale era così piccola che o coprivi i piedi o coprivi le spalle. Entrambe le cose contemporaneamente? Impossibile.

E, ciliegina sulla torta, nessuna aria condizionata.

🚬 FUMO OVUNQUE.
Nel corridoio c’era un forte odore di fumo. La “reception” si trova addirittura all’interno del negozio/bar di una stazione di servizio, dove si respirava un forte odore di sigarette.
Per chi non fuma e non sopporta il fumo, è stata un’esperienza davvero disgustosa.
🥐 COLAZIONE:
Buffet :cose contate, prevalentemente salate e fritte. Di dolce praticamente nulla: cereali, biscotti tipo Digestive e latte.
Questa sarebbe la colazione di un 4 stelle?
E non c’è nemmeno l’ascensore.
💰 50 € A PERSONA PER UNA NOTTE.
Non stiamo parlando di una sistemazione gratuita o di una struttura economica dove uno può aspettarsi qualche compromesso. Abbiamo pagato 50 € a persona per una notte.

Hotel je na dobroj lokaciji i soba je prostrana i sa dobrom higijenom. Lijep izbor doručka sa lijepom kavom.

Vrata od kupatila se malo zapinjala za pod.
