We would recommend hotel for the location and helpfulness of the staff.
Pros:

Breakfast was ample and fresh. Locations was the best part.

Cons:

Our room was on the street side and very noisy with all of the passing motorcycles & vehicles.

I throughly enjoyed my stay at Ornament hotel and loved my time in Bosnia! The hotel is small but have everything you need, and the location is absolutely perfect. My room was exceptionally clean and beautiful. I especially loved my little balcony at sunrise. The breakfast offered hot and cold foods and drink which set me up great for a full day of exploring Sarajevo. As a solo female traveller the staff were so very helpful and made me feel safe. The hotel offers a shuttle taxi service from and to the airport which i of course accepted. Special thanks to Kenan and Tareq who were my drivers to and from the hotel, you made me feel so welcome in your country! I miss Bosnia already and hope to see you again!

Great location!
Pros:

We love the location. The room was comfortable, clean and spacious.

Cons:

We were traveling with another couple, and they put us at two separate locations that are both called Ornament Hotel. The other couple have some mobility issues, and we specifically wanted to be in the same hotel as anyone would.

Pros:

Posizione comodissima al centro. Rifacimento camera a giorni alterni. Colazione nella norma ma abbondante. Stanza silenziosa e con una bella vista sul lungo fiume

La posizione centrale e comoda per raggiungere molti siti e musei importanti, la pulizia della camera e la gentilezza e disponibilità dello staff hanno reso il nostro soggiorno gradevolissimo. Se dovessimo tornare a Sarajevo probabilmente sceglieremmo ancora questo hotel
