La ubicación.
Un baño sin bidet.
El personal es para destacar!. La ubicación es excelente porque está a unos pasos del Centro siendo muy tranquilo.
Todo el hotel es muy limpio, cömodo y familiar!. Volveremos!!!
La habitación tenía una calefacción excesivamente alta e incómoda, y como no se podía regular ni apagar, tuve que abrir la ventana, aunque aun así no fue suficiente. Además, había un motor o ruido constante que se escuchaba repetidamente durante la estadía.
No pude dormir durante la noche, ya que se escucha todo lo que ocurre afuera, lo que hizo imposible descansar.
La ducha es demasiado pequeña; mientras uno se baña, la cortina se pega constantemente al cuerpo, lo que resulta muy incómodo.
También tuve una mala experiencia con el desayuno. La persona encargada de atender no explicaba nada ni mostraba disposición de atención, permaneciendo sentada en todo momento. En general, el servicio fue deficiente y da la impresión de que asignan las peores habitaciones a quienes reservan mediante esta plataforma.
Además, al momento de llegar intentan cobrar un sobreprecio adicional, situación que no fue informada previamente al realizar la reserva, generando una muy mala experiencia desde el inicio.
Debido al exceso de calor en la habitación y a tener que dormir con la ventana abierta, terminé resfriándome durante la estadía.

El personal es lo más valioso de este hermoso hotel, que además es un sitio precioso en un lugar maravilloso.
Pero sin duda, el trato del personal, especialmente de Daisy y Patricia (Patri) colmó mis expectativas. Me sentí muy a gusto. Recomendable 100%.

Hotel simple, lo destacable es la pileta y sector verde. Desayuno básico.
Faltaba presión de agua en la ducha, y era inevitable mojar el resto del baño. Desayuno.
