Pros:

Buen desayuno y descuento en el restaurante del hotel

Cons:

Que teniendo habitaciones vacías de la misma categoría que pague ,con vista a una plaza y lugares turísticos
como El Fuerte y sierras de la zona. ( El aviso de Booking indicaba con vistas de interés)
Me asignaron una habitación con vista a la parte trasera del hotel(Cocheras; obras en construcción, etc.) y los fondos de las residencias lindantes.
Cuando pedí el cambio de habitación se negaron y al día siguiente cuando reclame lo mismo, (con las habitaciones de enfrente a la mía aun sin ocupar) las explicaciones recibidas no fueron satisfactorias.
En la habitación la señal de wifi era muy fluctuante.

Buen hotel para pasar una noche
Pros:

El personal es muy atento y amable. El hotel está cerca del centro y de sitios turísticos. La zona es muy tranquila y segura. Incluye el desayuno, que aunque no es el mejor ni el más variado, cumple con lo necesario.

Cons:

Las instalaciones necesitan mantenimiento. La habitación, aunque no tenía mal olor, y el olor a desinfectante estaba presente, la verdad es que el piso no se veía limpio, el lavamanos, sanitario y bidet tenían marcas de oxido. El aro del sanitario se veía con mucho uso. La ducha le faltaba aseo. No funcionaba el control remoto de la TV.

Pros:

La ubicación y el personal

Cons:

El hotel, súper viejo, no hay ni un enchufe extra para cargar un celular, la habitación muy chica, el baño hasta perdía agua y las toallas con agujeros
