Pros:

Большой просторный номер. Близко к аэропорту . Нормальные завтраки

Cons:

Ошиблись с нашим заказом. Пытались всунуть в маленький номер. После пары часов ожидания переселили в другой отель. В отеле по этажу прыгала саранча и летали мотыльки. Как они попали на 11 этаж это тайна

مواقف السيارات مجانا، مناسب للمبيت في رحلة مؤقتة على الطريق، يوجد توصيل مجانا للمطار لكن صعب ايجاد الصفحة الإلكترونية لإجراء الحجز، الفطور جميل في الحديقة

وصلنا متأخر للمبيت ليلة واحدة لمواصلة الرحلة بالسيارة إلى اسطنبول، استلمنا غرفة كبيرة لكن جهاز المكيف لايعمل وبعد محاولات تم تغيير الغرفة إلى أخرى اصغر لكن المكيف يعمل بصوت عالي طول الليل، الاثاث قديم وتحس إنه لم يتم تحديث الفندق منذ الثمانينات، رائحة العفن في كل مكان والإنارة ضعيفة حتى مدخل الفندق كان صعب العثور عليه ليلا! المهم قضينا ليلة مؤقتة ونزلنا اول الناس الفطور والمغادرة، اكتشفت بعد مدة إنه تم خصم مبلغ الحجز لمرتين, حاولت التواصل مع الإدارة لكن لحد الان لم يجيب احد

Cons:

Reservamos transfer desde el aeropuerto y nos dejaron tirados más de 2 horas, sin venir, hemos tenido que llamar muchas veces y nos mentían, diciendo que en 5 minutos, o en 15 minutos vendrían a buscarnos y era mentira. Tuvo que venir una furgoneta de otro hotel Premium. Pasaban buses, pasaba el N4, varios, y nosotros esperando y no venían. Reservamos este hotel por el transfer y fue horrible quedarnos hasta las 4 de la mañana abandonados en el aeropuerto. Casi no pudimos dormir nada. Una estafa.

The room wasn’t ready even if it was check in time. The rooms need to be renovationed. The hotel looks old. Carpet on the floor was dirty. Bathroom ceiling was destroyed needs to be fixed. The curtain in shower was really bad. There was a strange smell inside the room. Breakfast was quite weak and basic.
