Pros:

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. There was a party in the restaurant so we expected a lot of noise late at night. The hotel manager agrees to move us to a higher floor and even gave us a better room.

The room and bathroom were very clean.

Cons:

The pillows are no good. So is the blanket.

И преди сме отсядали и много ни харесваше, но след този път може би няма да продължим.

Cons:

Бяхме двама възрастни с дете на 4 години за две нощувки. Още при настаняването видяхме, че малко от тавана липсваше( две клетки) , а легло за трети човек не беше подготвено. След разговор с рецепция ни увериха, че всичко ще бъде оправено до вечерта.
Когато се прибрахме късно вечерта, се оказа, че багажът ни липсва от стаята. След допълнителен разговор на рецепция служителят разбра, че явно сме били преместени в друга стая без никой да ни уведоми, след като имат моят номер. Новата стая имаше друг проблем – климатикът не можеше да бъде спрян или регулиран по никакъв начин. На сутрина закуската беше изключително малка – буквално няколко неща: черен хляб, бъркани яйца и кроасани. Нямаше почти никакъв избор.
Втората вечер проблемът с климатика продължи, а детето ни спеше точно под климатика. Потърсихме помощ от рецепция (първия), но ни беше казано, че „няма какво да се направи, толкова късно и че поддръжката не е до работа до еди си кога.. “. Никой дори не дойде да провери проблема. Като компенсация за стаята, ни обещаха 5–10% отстъпка в ресторанта на хотела. Когато платихме сметката обаче, се оказа, че такава реално няма. След като попитах защо, служителят започна да се оправдава и дори да се държи грубо, като попита защо имаме отстъпка и аз му обясних за стаята и климатика, изкара мен виновна, че „не мога да спра климатика“. След което аз се почувствах засегната и просто си тръгнах.

Pros:

Personnel souriant, accueil au top. Chambre spacieuse. Super petit déjeuner buffet. Tout était agréable. Place de parking devant l'hôtel.

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times. It’s perfect for me — safe parking and walking distance to restaurants.

Cons:

I love this hotel. It would be nice if the heating in the room could be turned off when it gets too warm, or simply because some guests—like me—prefer to sleep at no more than 19°C.”

I strongly recommend this hotel expecially for busuness travellers.
Pros:

The location is perfect and they have a parking lot. The room was spacious, clean, there was a bath tub, the furniture was comfortable. I could adjust the air-conditioning on my own. The breakfast was excellent.
