Warm Home-Like Stay for 14 Wonderful Nights
Pros:

This is an amazing family hotel in Pavel Banya! The owners are incredibly kind, warm and welcoming. Whenever I needed any help, they patiently assisted me and looked after me wholeheartedly. I stayed here for 14 nights and truly felt at home. It’s super convenient to enjoy the local rose festival and natural hot springs nearby, both experiences were absolutely wonderful. The neighborhood is quiet, clean and surrounded by lovely nature, making it such a pleasant place to stay. All rooms are neat and cozy, and I thoroughly enjoyed my long stay here. I highly recommend this hotel to every traveler and hope to visit again someday!

Разположението е много добро. Жената, която ни настани, беше изключително мила, любезна и отзивчива.

Cons:

Матракът е много мек. За някои хора това може да е удобно, но за нас беше твърде мек и се събирахме в средата на леглото.

Има неяснота относно снимката на басейна – изглежда, че е към този обект, но всъщност не е. Освен това ни беше казано, че ползването на басейна се заплаща отделно, но не можаха да ни кажат каква е цената и ни насочиха да попитаме в съседния хотел. В същото време в информацията, оставена в стаята, е посочено, че басейнът е включен в цената.

Също така плащането за настаняването не беше изтеглено автоматично чрез Booking, нито ни беше поискано при настаняването. След като вече бяхме напуснали, собственикът се свърза с мен за неплатената сума. Това ми създаде неприятно усещане. Веднага преведох дължимата сума, но смятам, че подобни въпроси е добре да се уточняват и уреждат още при настаняването, за да се избегнат недоразумения.

Като цяло престоят беше приятен, но по-ясната информация за услугите и условията би била полезна за бъдещите гости.

Мястото е в центъра, стаята е достатъчно голяма и има собствена баня и тоалетна. Има кана за вода, маса, цветя и всички удобства. Хазяинът е разбран, свестен и слънчев човек.

Cons:

Имаше много мръсотия и боклуци под леглото. Явно са останали от предишни квартиранти. Леглата са тежки и дори да искате да почистите е почти невъзможно.
