I liked the outdoor pool, but there were wasps there; the bedroom was comfortable; the food was delicious.

Wunderbares Hotel im Herzen der Rhodopen
Pros:

Architektonisch sehr gelungene Hotelanlage,
durch warmes Thermalwasser sind die Pools angenehm warm, das Thermalbecken ist sehr angenehm.
Man taucht ein in die Welt der Bulgaren, freundlich, Essen bodenständig und schmackhaft.
Die Landschaft ist atemberaubend.
Wir werden wiederkommen.

Pros:

Персоналът е изключително любезен, хотелът е огромен и с много екстри, направен и поддържан отлично. Храната беше разнообразна и вкусна, а басейните и спа-то бяха страхотни.

Cons:

Не бяхме разбрали, че след като сме наели спалня в къща, нямаме тераса, имахме обща веранда на долния етаж.
