Cons:

My room was facing the swimming pool, and unfortunately, it was very noisy. In the evenings, there was a lot of noise from guests around the pool, especially on weekends, sometimes lasting for several hours. Early in the morning, the hotel staff also started making noise, which was disturbing for guests who were still sleeping.

Although my room was on the second floor, the noise was still clearly audible. This made it difficult to rest, especially for guests staying at the hotel for work or those who prefer to sleep early.

The bathroom also had a drainage problem. When taking a shower, the water did not drain properly and would come back onto the floor, which was very uncomfortable and unhygienic.

I also noticed cockroaches in the room, which was very unpleasant. Overall, I did not enjoy my stay and believe the hotel needs to significantly improve its cleanliness, hygiene, bathroom maintenance, and noise control.

I hope these issues will be addressed to provide guests with a cleaner, quieter, and more comfortable environment.
