Great staff and facilities
Rooms decor is getting a little dated. It would benefit from some modernisation. Also, some of the restaurants were not fully open…however, l suspect this was a consequence of recent regional political instability.

بصراحة كان كل شيء جميل و شكر خاص جداً لطاقم الموظفين الاستقبال على اسلوبهم الراقي مع الزبائن والشكر موصول الى طاقم المطعم ودودين و خدومين جداً ويستحقون الاشادة بهم
خدمة ركن السيارة يجب ان يخصصون مواقف خاصة للنزلاء و يكون لزوار خدمة افضل لان لم اجد من يركن لي السيارة وجبرت ان اركن السيارة في مواقف الطوابق الخاصة في قسم الاجنحة و كان ذلك بعيدن علي وشكراً
