Wenn man für eine Nacht direkt in Ischl bleiben möchte, ist die Location perfekt.
Pros:

Die Lage in Fußnähe zum Zentrum ist perfekt.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist abgewohnt. Die letzten nennenswerten Investitionen wurden wohl in den 1970er Jahren, also vor fünfzig (!) Jahren, getätigt. Mit Reinlichkeit hat man es beim Sandwirt auch nicht so... die Semmelbrösel unserer "Vorgänger" lagen noch immer auf der viel zu großen, am Boden aufliegenden, schmuddeligen Decke des Balkontischs. Vom Balkon aus sah man "wunderbar" auf das abbruchreife Haus daneben mit seinem seit wahrscheinlich Jahrzehnten verwahrlosten Vorgarten, samt einem wohl auch vor fünfzig Jahren "vergessenen" Teppichklopfer. Wer etwas für skurriles Ambiente über hat, ist hier überall bestens bedient - beispielsweise mit einer "Retro-Charme" ausstrahlenden großen Vogelvoliere in der Rezeption inklusive verstreuter Kanarienvogelfedern und Körndlschalenmist.

Value for money.
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel & Hostel Sandwirt! The location is excellent, close to the centre of Bad Ischl, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, it was a great experience and very good value for money. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bad Ischl!

Pros:

L'accueil du personnel et le confort des lits.

Cons:

Taxe de séjour de 8 € au lieu de 7 € si le paiement n’est pas effectué en espèces. Nous n’en avions pas été informés au préalable. Heureusement, nous avions de la monnaie.

good value for your money if youre looking for a hostel stay
Pros:

great to find a hostel at this location! Nice to have a dorm, meet some people, and have a kitchen.

Cons:

It wasnt very clean, the kitchen and bathroom were outdated, old, and a bit broken.

Sehr nette Unterkunft in guter Lage mit guten Preis-Leistungsverhältnis!
Pros:

Gute Lage nähe Ortszentrum, Betten waren sehr gut, es hat alles gepasst!
Super Hilfe beim Eincheckvorgang, welcher für ältere Personen durch das Online-System nicht ganz einfach ist!
