TOP Frühstück, TOP Abendessen, so viel Auswahl wie hier gibts nicht viel in Österreich!!

Ein herzliches Hotel, in TOP-Lage, ich war letztes Jahr schon 10 Tage hier und nun wieder, und ich werde wenn ich in Ö boin immer wieder NUR HIERHER buchen.....sowas von freundliche Leute, von der Leitung bis zum Zimmermädchen....man fühlt sich hier sofort wohl!!!

Pros:

Snídaně, bazén, lokalita. Vše efektivně zařízeno, žádný velký luxus, ale čisto a vše splňuje požadavky na nocování po pobytu v horách. Po vyčerpávajícím pobytu v přírodě nabízí ubytování skvělé relaxační a regenerační podmínky.

Cons:

Nebylo co vytknout - cena - výkon v rovnováze.

NIE WIEDER !! Alt, dreckig, schimmelig, Personal unfreundlich, essen nur Fertigessen & schlecht aufgetautes Gebäck (in der Mitte noch gefroren)

Rezeptionistin hat nicht mal vom Handy aufgesehen wenn man vor ihr stand. Toilette wurde nie geputzt während des Aufenthalts. Überall Haare, Flecken und Dreck.
Auf der „Terrasse“ keine Bedienung. Man wird vom Personal kritisch beäugt wenn man es wagt seinen Tisch nicht selbst abzuräumen. Buffet ständig leer. Das Frühstück war eine absolute Frechheit, keine frischen Lebensmittel. Alles fertig und TK.
Dusche komplett schimmelig und für ältere Leute eine Stolperfalle. Die Balkontrennung zwischen den Zimmern wackelt und ist absolut morsch.
Auch die Außenanlage ist absolut ungepflegt.
Beim Check out wurden wir weder gefragt ob wir zufrieden waren noch sonst was. Die Zimmerschlüssel hängen für jeden frei zugänglich. Die Rezeption ist angeblich bis 18:00 besetzt - um 17:30 trifft man niemanden mehr an. Check in vor 14:00 nicht möglich - Rezeption nicht besetzt. So etwas habe ich noch nie erlebt, weder in einem B&B noch im Ausland. Das ist KEIN 3 Sterne Hotel. Man sollte mal das Gesundheitsamt hinschicken. Überall riecht es modrig & alles ist alt und abgeschlagen. Schade ums Geld. Wir haben viel Geld für nichts bezahlt.

Die Lage und das Zimmer mit Bergblick und das Essen.

Dass diesmal das Zimmer sehr hellhörig war und die lauten Nachbarn.

Good value for money
Pros:

We stayed with 4 friends. The staff was very friendly. The beds were of good quality. The building is a bit older, but has a lot of charm.

Cons:

You need a car if you want to go somewhere in the evening.

Krasne misto. Krasne se tam spalo. Snidane lepsi prumer.

Cons:

Hotel nema restauraci jak je prezentovano. Ma jen predelene mistnosti pro snidane, ktere mozna kdysi restauraci byli. Na kazde jidlo krome snidane musite do vzdalene restaurace. Obsluha horsi prumer, na recepci je skoro porad prazdno, protoze recwpcni maka i pro vydeje jidel a piti. U bazenu ktery je horsi prumer pozor na dlazbu, silene to tam klouze a je to doslova o zdravi. Naprosto tragicke je ovsem parkovani,

Pros:

20 fős motoros csapattal érkeztünk. 11 szobát foglaltunk. Egy estét töltöttünk a hotelben. Előzően már interneten keresztül egyezetttük a hotellel. Megbeszéltek szerint fogadtak minket. Majdnem minden rendben volt! Kicsit retrós!
