O recpecionista da Tarde (Ricardo) Super Gentil e Educadíssimo. Com muita elegância tentou desfazer o nosso contestamento em relação a nossa chegada. Nos forneceu cobertores higienizado.

Na chegada, já tivemos o aborrecimento em relação ao valor cobrado pelo recepcionista do Hotel. Pós questionamentos e mostra preço no app. Mesmo assim na divisão de pagamentos cobrou outro valor. Pagamos e depois percebemos que estava totalmente ERRADO. Novamente explicamos. Ele ficou irritado e agressivo no tom de voz. Nem pediu disculpa. Nos devolveu o valor via pix particular. 1 quarto oferecido com a tampa do vaso sanitário sem condições de uso. Solicitamos outro quarto vaso sanitário sem tampa, guarda roupa de madeira com cupim e cobertores com cheiro de usado ou mal lavados e tb com cupim. Como tinhamos compromissos. Permanecemos neste quarto. Não recomendo.

Foi boa, mas alguns pontos que o hotel poderia melhorar para o hospede sentir-se mais confortável.
Pros:

Fomos bem recebidos. O pessoal sempre estavam presentes e sempre tentando agradar da melhor forma possível.

Cons:

O vaso sanitário com a pampa quebrada. Controle da TV não funcionava. E de estar movimentando o carro, trocando de lugar varias vezes o carro.
