Meu quarto estava fedendo esgoto! Sem toalha sem papel higiênico. E no final me cobrou consumo de 16 reias que não havia sido consumido.

Pros:

Gostei das recepcionistas, são muito educadas e prestativas. O café da manhã é muito saboroso.

Cons:

Não tinha a quantidade necessária de travesseiro. Reservamos um quarto para 04 pessoas e só tinha 02 travesseiros, mesmo assim, a recepcionista foi muito prestativa e nos arrumou uns lençóis. O chuveiro também, a ducha é pequena e saía pouca água.

Bom custo benefício
Pros:

Localização de fácil acesso no Pistão Sul, próximo a restaurantes, ponto de ônibus, metrô etc. Funcionários prestativos e atenciosos.

Cons:

Um grupo de hóspedes fazendo muito barulho, falando alto, dando gargalhadas até tarde da noite impedindo meu descanso e dos demais hóspedes. Tive que entrar em contato com a recepção em plena meia noite para fazer a reclamação. O mínimo que se espera em uma hospedagem é o silêncio em horário pré estabelecido, e nesse quesito o hotel deixou a desejar. No mais, foi satisfatório.
