travesseiro velho empelotado, sem café da manhã, sequer carregam valise de uma senhora de 75 anos, precisa pedir, entrei as 20 hs e ficam perguntando a que horas vou desocupar o quarto pela manhã para disponibilizar. Tb pagamento antecipado.
