Pros:

A localização e a estrutura do local, pois é notável a reforma que fizeram no quarto e no banheiro, também o quarto estava limpo.

Cons:

O cheiro muito forte, que não foi possível identificar de onde vinha, poderia ser do ralo do banheiro. O Ar condicionado muito barulhento e os cobertores não estavam cheirosos.

Local simples e limpo.

Cons:

A rua da frente muito movimentada e barulhenta também rota de aviões.
Aceitam pet, mas cobram por isso. O que não vejo problema desde que ofereça espaço adequado, oferte vasilhames, ou outro utensílios.
Café oferece pouca opção em salgados.
