Pros:

Quarto confortável, cama muito boa , porém as toalhas sao duras.

Cons:

Fiquei no mesmo nível que a recepção, e cono tinha show na cidade , dou impossível dormir.
Muito barulho de gente falando alto batendo e chamando nas portas .
Nao tem aviso de silêncio após as 22horas.

Tired/Dated/VERY Noisy/No USB points.

What's the issue with USB points?? Like it's 2026 and USB has been around for 30 years...And, it's cheap and easy to replace standard AC sockets with one that has a least one USB socket!! The room (level 2) was VERY noisy early in the morning - like really noisy...people/stuff (you know it's Sunday there's no need to yell at everyone down the hallway)!? Basically, everything needs a renovation - everything is old/dated/worn out. Then there's breakfast...you would think that would go to at least 11am on a Sunday but...no! Who can be sure what time breakfast actually finished because there was no one around to tell me! Basically, if you have to stay in Luziania you really have no choice however, if you have the option DRIVE through to Brazilia where there are really really good hotels.

Quarto bem arrumado e limpo. E vou falar da EQUIPE, ABSOLUTAMENTE TODOS QUE ESTAVAM NO BALCÃO DO SÁBADO NA HORA DO ALMOÇO, PASSANDO PELA NOITE, MADRUGADA E ATÉ O MEIO DIA DE DOMINGO:que equipe simpática, gentil e prestativa!

A localização é excelente, muito fácil de chegar ao centro da cidade, perto de shoppings e restaurantes. O quarto é pequeno e sem luxo, mas com as comodidades necessárias. O café da manhã é variado, ainda que não seja nada excepcional. A equipe que serve o café foi muito prestativa e simpática.

Cons:

O atendimento na recepção deixou a desejar. Chegamos pouco depois das 14h, mas nos foi dado um quarto no subsolo, ao lado da entrada da garagem. Por conta do barulho, pedimos para realizar uma troca, tendo em vista que chegamos bastante cedo, mas as funcionárias não demonstraram nenhuma boa vontade, afirmando que o hotel estava cheio e que deveríamos ter solicitado um quarto nos andares altos no momento da reserva. Nas informações do hotel na plataforma Booking não havia nada sobre quartos na entrada da garagem, e como não conhecíamos o hotel, não sabíamos dessa exigência. Além do barulho dos carros no estacionamento e dos demais hóspedes transitando pelo corredor para acessar o hotel, havia um barulho constante de água no banheiro. Além disso, o hotel é muito simples para um 4 estrelas. Apesar de limpo, o quarto também era simples, com uma janela bem pequena que precisou ficar fechada o tempo todo por questões de segurança e de barulho. Em resumo: não foi um bom custo-benefício.
