Pros:

Limpeza, organização do quarto e localização.

Cons:

Não tem funcionários, enrolação para liberar o quarto, as vagas para estacionar o carro estavam lotadas, tive que deixar o carro na rua e nao tinha nenhum funcionário presente para tirar duvidas e poder perguntar... Todos os procedimentos sao por senha, eu digitei a senha do portao para a entrada de carros, e logo fechou, correndo o risco do portao esmagar meu carro.

Perfeito pelo preço que se propõe
Pros:

Amei o custo e benefícios, perto de tudo, dá pra resolver tudo a pé e uma rua movimentada (sem aquela sensação que pode ser assaltado a qualquer momento)
