Preço bom e qualidade boa.
Pros:

Localização em si é maravilhosa, fica na Avenida nesmo, para sair do hotel somente de transporte, seja público ou particular. Compensação o Aeroporto fica bem perto.

Cons:

O local é sem movimento a noite.
Mas a feirinha fica uns 5 a 10 min de carro.

Cons:

Logo na primeira noite apareceu uma barata no meu banheiro. No último dia da minha estadia o chuveiro não esquentou e tive que tomar banho frio. Café da manhã tb é bem simples.
