Quarto confortável e limpo. Bom café da manhã, com variedade e tudo gostoso.

Cons:

Atendimento de alguns funcionários foi muito ruim, com má vontade e zero atenção. Outros funcionários, pelo contrário, foram muito simpáticos e atenciosos. Falta garantir um padrão de atendimento digno de um Mercure.

Boa. Noite. Paz e Bem! Eu amei este hotel, uma perfeição, a começar pelo check-in feito com LUCAS, educadíssimo, proativo, diferenciado, maravilhoso, fiquei encantada com a sua maneira eloquente de cuidar do cliente, uma excelente recepção! Nota 1000!
Na saída fui presenteada pelo checkout também feito por ele, que se preocupou em me perguntar se tinha gostado. Claro que AMEI. Olhe que conheço diversos hotéis, como concurseira viajo muito. Com certeza, esse foi o melhor hotel que fiquei nos últimos tempos. Com o Divino atendimento de Lucas na entrada e na saída, então...
Elogio ainda, Marcelo, o funcionário que coloca nossas malas no carro. Excelente! Nunca mais tinha visto este serviço!
