Resolveu o meu problema, mas buscarei outra opção no futuro.

Camas confortáveis, quarto limpo, chuveiro elétrico bom, preço da água mineral 500ml.

Cons:

Café da manhã bem fraco, varal de roupas de cama "para todos os lados do térreo", hotel antigo com manutenção que "dá para o gasto", somente sabonete em barra de comodidade no banheiro, vizinhança (como também vista da janela para um lugar abandonado, parecendo ferro velho - dengue?), custo benefício menor do que esperava.

Excelente Custo-benefício.
Pros:

Recepção 24h de verdade (você não vai ficar trancado do lado de fora pq o funcionário está dormindo), cheguei quase todos os dias de madrugada e nunca tive problemas. Quarto limpo, chuveiro razoavelmente quente. Tem filtro de água pra você encher sua garrafinha à vontade. Internet boa! Consegui dar aulas online todos os dias sem problemas. Café da manhã bem bom! Recebe muitos trabalhadores majoritariamente masculinos. Acho que não vi outra mulher hóspede durante minha estadia, mas em nenhum momento me senti desrespeitada ou acuada. Bem localizado com lojas, farmácias e restaurantes próximo. Eu definitivamente voltaria.

Cons:

O ar-condicionado é só frio, o que não faz sentido no inverno do Sul. Não trabalham com meia diária. Não tem elevador.

O pessoal bem atencioso. O estacionamento amplo, sem burocracia e portaria 24 horas. Essa parte estava bem legal. O que valeu mais foi a relação custo/benefício.

Cons:

No quarto, nem a tv e nem o ar condicionado funcionavam. A cama mais ou menos e o café da manhã foi o mais fraco dos últimos tempos. Suco aguado, não tinha como aquecer o pão e poucas opções comparado ao perfil de hotéis semelhantes.
