Don't stay in the accessible room off the carpark-no value for money and not accessible.
Pros:

We arrived to find our room was off the car park as an extension of a storage room and it was an accessible room. The disability car park itself was on the opposite side of the car park so anyone in a wheelchair would have to navigate the gravel and the cars parked outside the unit to get into it. We did not need an accessible room. All i can say that we liked was the proximity of the hotel to Symmons plains raceway which we were intending to visit and the mattress was comfy. It had a kitchenette but it would not have been accessible for someone in a wheelchair as they could not get the frypan or hot plate out of the cupboard and connect it up due to height of bench. It had a full length fridge but people in a wheelchair would find it hard to open as the opening was at top of the door. There was a generous accessible bathroom but again attention to detail lacking. The seat for the shower was good but someone in a wheelchair could not have reached the shower nozzle and if they turned it on from the seat the water would have missed them sitting on the seat. They could also not have accessed the soap containers even if they were full.

Cons:

No soap in bathroom, The soap container on the wall was empty and the shampoo and conditioner looked awful and old. Room smelled of cigarette smoke-needed to buy deodariser and soap first night. Staff lacked any enthusiasm for service. Fry pan was oily and needed to be washed before we could use it. Plates cups and cutlery were washed by us before use also. There was nowhere to sit to watch television comfortably- there was a very low single leather seat and 2 kitchen chairs. WiFI did not work in the room- you had to take your devices into the hotel to connect to their wifi each time. Empty beer can greeted us at the door on arrival and stayed there for 3 days until we kicked it down the road a bit to get rid of it. The unit overlooks mounds of gravel and mulch and during the week you can hear the tractor moving them around. There is no pretty view from here. No wardrobe. No spare garbage bags for a stay of 5 nights. Had to go and ask for a replacement one from the bar. No servicing of the room although we didn't really mind that, others might though. No exhaust fan in kitchenette so when cooking smoke alarm would go off and had to open doors and windows instead. This was not what we booked.
