The lush green and quiet landscape
Not enough amenities like dental kit, slippers
Nothing, they cancelled my booking at the last minute
I arrived at reception to find out my booking had been cancelled at the last minute.
Spacious, modern, clean and had all the facilities needed.
Was close to restaurants and short drive distance from many places we wanted to visit.

The apartment was reasonably well maintained and the furnishings were in good condition. It was a comfortable stay overall, and the location worked well for exploring the Hunter Valley.
We did encounter a couple of cockroaches, which was unpleasant, and the fireplace wasn’t working. We reported it, but the response was limited and it wasn’t fixed during our stay. There were also a few small things missing, like a soap dish in the bathroom. For the price, daily housekeeping would also have been appreciated. The stairs to the upstairs apartment were quite steep and there was no gate or door, which made it tricky with our 15-month-old.

Breakfast was also very good.
The toilet in the ensuite was loose.....thought I was about to fall off
Also the towel I took of the rail... as supposed to be clean had blood smears on it.....very disgusted with this.....
