Hotel sa 5 zvjezdica koji je veliko razočaranje

Veoma sam razočaran ovim hotelom, koji po mom mišljenju ne zaslužuje svoju kategorizaciju od 5 zvjezdica s obzirom na stanje sadržaja i opreme.

Među negativnim stranama, bazen nije bio dobro održavan, što nije ostavljalo utisak čistoće niti želju da se koristi. Jacuzzi u sobi nije radio, što je posebno razočaravajuće kada je takva usluga dio ponude hotela. Također, kupatilo i oprema su zastarjeli i očigledno im je potrebna obnova.

S druge strane, doručak je bio vrlo dobar, osoblje ljubazno, profesionalno i uslužno, a lokacija hotela je odlična za poslovne sastanke.

Sve u svemu, odnos između standarda koji hotel obećava i stvarnog iskustva je razočaravajući. Od hotela sa 5 zvjezdica očekivao sam znatno viši nivo kvaliteta.

Sobe su ok, uredne i ciste, hrana izvrsna kao i usluga, osoblje je dostupno uvijek, dobro raspolozeno i vrlo uljudno...

Nichts besonderes nur der Frühstückservice
Pros:

Das Frühstück war super. Aber für ein 5 Sterne Hotel nicht reichend. Ich hätte für ein 5sterne Hotel mehr erwartet.die Fenster sind nicht gut isoliert man hört alles von draussen und konnte nicht gut schlafen. Das Personal war nicht freundlich ausser der Mann beim Frühstück.

Cons:

Obwohl wir 2 Personen waren, hat man das Zimmer nur für eine Person vorbereitet. Die Einrichtung war einfach und nicht für 5 Sterne gerecht. Und der Platz oder besser gesagt die Lage. Man hat alles von draussen gehört.
