Bien situé pour le Graspop, chambres ok, personnel pas ouf
Pros:

Petit déjeuner correct, petite salle assez sympa. Yaourts pas au frais et peu de variété de pain. Personnel peu ou pas présent et pas très sympathique. Chambres ok avec une bonne climatisation. Salles de bain bien.

Cons:

On ne voit pas le nom de l'hôtel sur le bâtiment, peu d'aide à l'arrivée. On nous a proposé un appartement à 3 pièces plutôt que nos deux chambres. Dans les faits c'était bien, mais il n'y avait pas de lumière dans la cuisine et le salon, des bouteilles vides étaient présentes et le ménage avait mal été fait. L'accès peu facile et juste à l'entrée de l'appartement, beaucoup de choses posées là et qui ne servaient à rien.

Logement de choix pour le GMM 🤘
Pros:

Avec des amis, nous avons choisi cet hôtel pour loger pendant le Graspop Metal Meeting 2026 🤘.
Il est situé à 30min en voiture du parking Paars (Violet).
L'emplacement au centre de Leopoldsburg en faisait un excellent choix, car à proximité de plusieurs supermarchés et autres magasins typiques de la Belgique 🍺. Le petit déjeuner était un plus non négligeable, suffisamment fourni et disponible jusqu'à 10h30, ce qui nous a permis de nous passer de déjeuner.
Les lits étaient très confortables, et bien que la chambre soit située au dessus d'un restaurant (tenu par les mêmes gérants de l'hôtel), elle était très bien isolée, on y entendait pas le bruit de passage des voitures, ni des personnes présentes en salle.

accueil et volde mon chargeur de téléphone pendant la journée dans ma chambre.
Patron agressif et non coopératif lors du signalement du vol
J'ai décidé de quitter l'hotel en raison son agressivité et j'ai renoncé à ma dernière nuit d'hotel pour aller ailleur.
L'incident à fait l'objet d'une main courante à la police locale.

Praktisch, aangenaam, centraal gelegen en vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel en uitbating

We zijn een terugkerende klant telkens we bij familie op bezoek gaan daar in de buurt boeken we dat hotel reeds over verschillende jaren heen en komen met plezier terug.

Fijne pitstop in centrum Leopoldsburg
Pros:

Vriendelijk personeel. Grote kamer achter het hoofdgebouw. Gerenoveerd maar zeer basic. Goede douche en fijn bed. Airco die je 's nachts kon afzetten. Rustige ligging. Goed genoeg voor één overnachting.

Cons:

Grote flatscreen op een bijzondere plaats waardoor televie kijken vanuit het bed onmogelijk was. Het ontbijt was zeer basic. Ik miste fruit of een omelet of havermout met melk...Super dat de airco 's nachts uitgeschakeld kon worden, maar er bleef een centrale verluchting vrij luid werken waardoor het niet stil werd in de kamer.

De ligging en grootte van het appartement.

Cons:

Gedateerd en veel stof, schoonmaak laat te wensen over. Na melding dat beddengoed vies was van de voorgaande mensen was dit nog niet vervangen wel van een ander bed. Bedden hadden zijn tijd gehad. De 3 Badkamers waren amateuristisch verbouwd.
De een kan ermee leven maar als je keihard geld betaald ga ik er vanuit dat hygiene goed is en dat de kamers op z’n minst de standaard kwaliteit heeft.

Pros:

Leuk hotel/restaurant met vriendelijk personeel en eten 's avonds was ok.

Cons:

In kamer 6 had ik amper plaats om in de douche te stappen doordat de lavabo grotendeels in de weg hing.
Het was warm en wilde de airco aanzetten, maar ondanks deze op 19° stond blies hij warme lucht.
