⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Beautiful Stay at Jatra Flagship

I recently stayed at Jatra Flagship, and honestly, it was a wonderful experience. The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, clean, and has a very welcoming atmosphere. Everything about the stay felt pleasant and relaxing.

But what truly made my experience special was one of the reception staff members. The boy name Belal because he deserves special recognition. He was incredibly helpful, polite, respectful, and genuinely caring. Throughout my stay, he went out of his way to help me, and his kindness felt completely sincere.

In my entire life, I rarely come across someone at a hotel who is this genuinely helpful and thoughtful. He didn’t just do his job—he made me feel like a valued guest.

Jatra Flagship is lucky to have someone like him on the team. People often remember a hotel for its rooms and facilities, but it’s people like him who make guests want to come back.

Thank you, Jatra Flagship, for such a lovely stay—and a special thank you to that wonderful gentleman at the reception. 🙏❤️

Pros:

Very clean, high standards and excellent customer service. The staff truly go above and beyond

It would have been nice with access to gym, swimming pool or yoga mat but apparently they’re working on it.

Chambre très propre et spacieuse

Cons:

Emplacement compliqué à trouver, dans une résidence et pas de panneau qui signale l’hôtel à l’extérieur.
Coupures de courant très fréquentes.
Personnel sympathique mais qui nous a mis en relation avec quelqu’un qui voulait nous vendre des excursions hors de prix à 8h du matin dès le réveil…
Personnel qui nous rappellé que l’on a dépassé le Check out de 10 minutes alors que nous venions de subir une panne de courant depuis plus d’une heure , impossibilité de se doucher avec de l’eau chaude.

Proposition de tours dans la mangrove hors de prix par rapport à ce qu’on a payé réellement.
Difficile à trouver.

首先这不是一家传统意义的酒店，像是一个公寓民宿，入口在一个车库，没有门头。经常断电，断电时间长。员工记不住事，对顾客需求有一种对抗情绪，交代早餐的事情也不做，断电时爬流通上四层不说，门铃无效敲门也无效。在浴室发现了8cm长的成年蟑螂。价格也不便宜

Very comfortable
Pros:

Staff is excellent. Location is quiet at night and safe but still a short walking distance to the train station and town. Room is large, comfortable and well-equipped. No issues with cleanliness. Recommended.

Excellent accomodation near prime location, excellenet staff
Pros:

The place was very clean , with modern furnitures, and in a prime location. There werr no mosquitoes , we loved that.

Cons:

The hot water seems to have a schedule, at night the temperature was low while taking a shower. Not sure why.

Great and comfy stay in Khulna
Pros:

The rooms were spacious clean and comfortable (the property was part of residential building, they only have 4 rooms; but the building is modern and well maintained);
I had very good sleep quality;
WiFi worked well; the receptionist was very kind and accommodating.
There is no kettle in the room but you can use it in shared kitchen and tea bags / coffee are available.
We didn’t have any problem with location, they sent us instructions online upfront and our driver found it easily.

Cons:

Breakfast starts at 8 (a bit late).
There are no twin rooms (only doubles), so we had to book two separate rooms.
