Verblijf is goed, de belofte om terugbetaling is negatief
Cons:

Door omstandigheden konden wij maar een overnachting blijven.
Er werd evenwel voor 2 overnachtingen betaald en....er werd beloofd het nodige te doen voor terugbetaling. Is NIET gebeurd !!!

Aangenaam verblijf. Dicht bij strand en zee. Automaat waar je 24 op 24 drank kan nemen. Koffie is ook altijd tegen betaling beschikbaar.

Cons:

Licht op terras achteraan werkt ‘s avonds niet, zeer spijtig.

Schön gelegen im alten Villenviertel und in Laufnähe zum Strand.

Cons:

Zimmer extremst klein (Standardzimmer) mit Dachschrägen, Hotel ist sehr hellhörig. Kein Frühstück im Haus, aber Möglichkeiten in Cafés in Laufnähe.

Nettes Personal, schönes und zweckmäßig eingerichtetes Zimmer, hervorragende Lage - gerne wieder!
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut - in wenigen Minuten erreicht man zu Fuß den Strand und in ein paar mehr Minuten auch das Zentrum der Stadt. Frühstück habe ich nicht getestet, kann also nichts dazu sagen. Im Prinzip finde ich jedoch die Idee, dieses kurzfristig per WhatsApp bestellen zu können, gut. Ich finde, das Zimmer hatte alles, was man braucht, incl. eines kleinen Kühlschranks, der in der Beschreibung gar nicht erwähnt, für mich aber extrem nützlich war. Sehr positiv fand ich das Angebot einer Mülltrennung im Aufenthaltsraum, ebenso die Tatsache, dass Parken nie problematisch war; ich hatte sogar einen Platz vor der Tür, was natürlich auch daran liegen könnte, dass nicht mehr Hochsaison war.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war vielleicht ein wenig zu klein - meinen guten Vorsatz, mein Gymnastikprogramm auch im Urlaub durchzuziehen, musste ich leider aus Platzmangel fallenlassen; mir ist aber schon klar, dass derartige Wünsche sicherlich aus dem Rahmen fallen.

Das Bett war sehr gross und bequem.
Das Hotel liegt sehr ruhig, aber nah zum Zentrum und auch zum Meer.
gute Informationen vom Personal erhalten.

Très bon séjour
Pros:

L'emplacement est parfait à tout point de vue (centre, plage, etc) et le stationnement est gratuit aux alentours. Tout est très bien expliqué clairement.

Cons:

Si je dois vraiment dire quelque chose, je dirais que l'oreiller n'est pas tres confortable.

L'hôtel est bien localisé, rue calme, à proximité de la plage, prix tout a fait abordable par rapport à la concurrence, places de parking potentiellement disponibles, chambre correcte.

Cons:

Honnêtement, je n'ai pas de mauvais point à communiquer, si ce n'est que je trouve que l'offre petit déjeune est très cher, et je ne parle pas nécessairement de l'hôtel des dunes mais de l'offre en général du petit déjeuner que je trouve excessivement cher. Cela reste que mon avis.

Alles zusammengefasst, waren wir positiv zufrieden.
Pros:

Die Lage war wie erwartet und beschrieben. Das Zimmer und das Bad waren gut ausgestattet. Es stand eine Kaffeemaschine zu jeder Zeit zur Verfügung.

Cons:

Das angebotene Frühstück empfanden wir überteuert. Jedoch wurden uns 2 weitere Adressen zum Thema Frühstück benannt, wovon wir eine Adresse ausprobiert haben und waren dort sehr zufrieden.

Room has no handwash, every time when need to wash hands, literally have to go to shower to get a bit of shower gel.
No A/C, I have to keep window open to have fresh air, 2 mornings got woken up by sea gull screaming.
The duvet is for winter, or for much colder nights, if you cover yourself, you will sweat, my son keeps kicking it off because too hot, he was sweating crazy, then if you don't cover yourself, you catch cold !
Got a sick boy at the end of holiday. :( I also have headache!

Another thing, room is very small, my luggage can't fit in the luggage shelf I have to push the desk away to fit in, the small refrigerator is not really working, not cooling much, just like 3 degrees lower than room temperature.
Lights are very dim, which isn't much of my problem.

Bumped my head a couple of times on the ceiling/wall? as it's like of like the roof? We were in room 209. Last room on 2nd floor.

Pros:

Die Lage zum Strand war genial. Nette Mitarbeiter, sehr behilflich! Kostenlose Parkplätze im direkten Umfeld. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Schöner Aufenthaltsraum und Garten-Möbel.

Cons:

Dusche etwas eng und schlecht einstellbar. Wir hätten gern ein Frühstücks-Bufet gehabt. Durch die kleine Dachgaube etwas dunkel im Zimmer und es könnte als Comfort-Zimmer etwas größer sein. Preislich etwas hoch.
