On ne faisait que passer pour une nuit et c'est l'établissement qu'il nous fallait.
Pros:

Déjeuner pris en chambre uniquement. Copieux. Possibilité d’œufs brouillés avec supplément sinon même sans les œufs, il y a de quoi bien déjeuner.
Le restaurant Thai à côté de l'hôtel: 2 dames très sympathiques et des plats excellents. On y repasserait bien.
La climatisation qui fonctionne.

Cons:

Pas de contact avec du personnel à l'hôtel, pas de réception sauf avec la dame qui apporte les déjeuners ("bonjour, bonne journée") c'est moins convivial mais c'est simplifié. Tous les accès aux étages sont par escalier.

Entspannter Aufenthalt in Auvelais
Pros:

Wir hatten kein Frühstück gebucht. Das Zimmer war sehr schön und ausreichend groß.
Unsere Fahrräder konnten wir sicher in einer Garage in direkter Nähe unterstellen. Die Schlüsselübergabe hat sehr gut geklappt obwohl kein Rezeption vorhanden ist.
Restaurant direkt im Erdgeschoss. Gute Lage direkt im Stadtzentrum

Cons:

Wenn das Fenster geöffnet ist, ist es nicht ganz ruhig durch die Straße. Klimaanlage ist allerdings vorhanden.

Sehr gute Ausstattung, Kühlschrank und Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine mit Zubehöhr und Wasserkocher. Zentrale Lage, Supermarkt gegenüber.

Cons:

Durch die Lage an der Straße bei geöffnetem Fenster sehr laut.

E' stato un soggiorno breve per visitare un amico. Tornerei nell'hotel.
Pros:

Fabienne è un'ospite premurosa e gentile. E' stato facile fare il check in e check out, grazie alla sua assistenza via whapp (non essendo residente nella struttura). Colazione ottima, il cestino della colazione in camera mi è piaciuto e l'ho trovato originale (oltre che di ottima qualità). Letto grande e comodo. Ci sono frigo con acqua, poi macchina del caffé e bollitore, tutto gratis. Il bagno è nuovo e ben organizzato negli spazi. Doccia spaziosa. Tutto era disegnato e ammobiliato razionalmente. Mi sono trovato molto bene.

A really good place to stay
Pros:

It was easy to manager the temperature in the room. The bed in my room was like I like it; witha fairly hard mattress. I did not meet anyone of the staff, due to my travelling times, but it was very convenient contact by email was possible.
I will not hesitate to return, in case needed. I have passed my experience to friends living nearby. In case they ever need a bed nearby.

La balnéo super, beaucoup mieux de ce qu'on avait imaginé et le petit déjeuner en chambre très sympa et copieux !
