1. החניה שלהם מאד לא נוחה, ונאלצנו להתווכח עם פקידת הקבלה שתאפשר לנו חניה נוחה יותר.

מיקום, מתקני ספא נפלאים, אנשי קבלה נעימים, חדר מרווח, חנייה נוחה מאד, מנהל שחשובה לו דעת האורח ומאד משתדל.

Cons:

המזגן מופעל לפי תאריך- הגענו בחום נוראי ולא היה מזגן. קיבלנו מאוורר. במקרה של hb יש להבהיר לצוות חדר האוכל כי הארוחה שולמה- חויבנו אך לפני עזיבת המלון פקיד הקבלה פתר את הבעיה.

Всичко беше чисто и приятно. Спа центъра изглежда като нов, като на мен най-много ми допадна билковата сауна.

Cons:

Храната, която беше на свободна консумация не беше това, което очаквах. Нямаше особен вкус.
Но храната, която е на бюфет беше обилна и хубава.

The hotel itself was perfect, especially the salt jacuzzi

Cons:

Because it’s a 5-star resort, we expected highly professional and friendly staff. We have visited many hotels in Bulgaria and across Europe, but here the service did not fully meet our expectations.

Additionally, the starters at dinner were served at 18:00, so if you arrive for dinner later, around 20:30, the salads will be already dried out and do not feel fresh anymore.
