Problem ist: Man braucht jemand, der die Sprache beherrscht. Sonst ein sehr schönes Hotel!

Sehr schönes Hotel, relativ zentral gelegen! Und preiswert!

Flexibles Hotel, da ich spontan eine zusätzliche Nacht brauchte.

Cons:

Ich habe vorher bei der Buchung nach Frühstück gefragt, weil das in der Beschreibung unklar war. Es gab keine Antwort. Im Hotel hieß es dann, dass ich das vorher hätte bestellen müssen....

Die Kommunikation mit dem Personal war schwierig, da die Dame kein Englisch spricht und eine Kommunikation mit Handy-Translator an Schwierigkeiten mit den lateinischen Buchstaben scheiterte. Ein anderer Gast hat dann ausgeholfen...

Pros:

Много чисто място, подредено с вкус и артистичност. Няма ресторант и лоби-бар, но през улица в съседство има етнографски комплекс, а центърът на града е на 5 минути бавен ход.

We stayed at this hotel with our family and were unfortunately disappointed. When booking through Booking.com, we specifically chose a room with a double bed, but upon arrival we were told that only rooms with twin beds were available.

At check-in, we were asked to pay 20 BGN more than the price listed on Booking (105 BGN instead of 85), with the explanation that they always charge extra for a 5-year-old child — even though our reservation clearly stated two adults and one child, and the listing mentioned that children up to 5 stay free. The lady at the reception tried to make a compromise by offering a 95 BGN rate, but after explaining the situation, she eventually agreed to charge us the original price of 85 BGN as shown on Booking.

The room was small and dark, the power socket near the sofa was almost pulled out and seemed dangerous, and the bathroom was uncomfortable for showering.
