Pros:

O hotel é incrivelmente bonito, bem conservado e bem cuidado. A recepção é confortável. O carpete que reveste os quartos e os corredores me intriga até hoje, como algo tão grande é feito sem emendas... O quarto é amplo, confortável e com uma cama grande, poltronas de apoio e frigobar. O banheiro possui o vaso sanitário mais belo que já vi, com o reservatório da caixa acoplada em formato de concha. O apartamento escolhido possui sacada, e o quarto é muito silencioso. Banho com boa pressão e temperatura. Café da manhã maravilhoso e todos os atendentes muito solícitos e educados.

Cons:

A rampa de saída de veículos da recepção possui uma mureta não sinalizada, na qual danifiquei o veículo na manobra de saída após o chechout.

Ótima estrutura com Péssimo atendimento (no meu caso)

Estrutura muito boa. Cama, travesseiros, banheiro. Tudo ótimo.

Cons:

A pessoa que me atendeu no check-in foi incapaz de alterar o meu quarto (que era de frente e muito barulhento) para um silencioso de fundos, mesmo eu tendo solicitado e insistido ANTES mesmo de eu subir para o quarto. Não se esforçou nem um pouco para realizar a alteração. Não entrou em contato com ninguém. Não falou com gerente. NADA. Falou que o check-in já estava feito. Só consegui dormir porque eu tinha protetor auricular na bagagem. Atendimento faz muita diferença na experiência.

Os quartos são espaçosos e a localização é muito boa.

Cons:

O primeiro quarto que fiquei o secador e o telefone estavam com problemas. O hotel é muito bacana mas os equipamentos são bem antigos.
