Das sehr gute Frühstück und die zentrale Lage des Hotels

Cons:

Der Zimmersafe wurde trotz Bitte an die Angestellte nicht geöffnet- konnte ihn daher nicht verwenden. Das Frühstück nur bis 9;00 Uhr- wenn man un 8:30 zum Frühstück gekommen ist, war die Angestellte schon sehr nervös, oft auch unfreundlich. Das Zimmer und Bad sehr klein und das Hotel hat muffig gerochen- überall im Gang pröckelt der Putz von der Mauer und war feucht. Sehr wenige Parkplätze- zum Parpkatz mudte man durch enge Gasse fahren- ich werde dort nicht mehr übernachten

Flexibilität musste alle 4 nächte bezahlen obwohl ich nur zwei brauchte. Leider keine Flexibilität.

Ubytováni bylo "přes ulici", špatná orientace k pokoji.
Vepřový řízek "po vídeňsku" byl vyklepaný "po česku" na 3mm.

Die Lage und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

Cons:

Leider haben die Zimmer keine Klimaanlage was dazu führte, dass die Zimmer extrem heiß waren. An Schlafen war deshalb nicht zu denken.

Die Sitzecke im Zimmer, die Lage, das Bett war gut, großes Bad

Cons:

Kein Personal im Hotel, das überforderte und schlecht gelaunte Personal des dazugehörigenden Restaurants kannte sich auch nicht aus mit dem Check-Inn-Automaten, wie wunderbar ist doch eine mit Menschen besetzte Rezeption. Deshalb auch sehr unpersönlich. Die Zimmer waren nicht gelüftet und muffig.

Cons:

Bei 3 Übernachtungen wurde das Zimmer nicht gereinigt, also nur nach Abreise. Auf Beschwerde nach der 2. Übernachtung wurde auf die Hausordnung verwiesen- s. Foto. In einem Hotel erwartet man keine Zusatzkosten für Zimmerreinigung, zumal diese Kosten bei Buchung nicht ersichtlich sind.

Cons:

- Das Einchecken war recht mühsam. Wir mögen diese Self-Check-In gar nicht. Und wir hatten uns für dieses Hotel entschieden, weil da nix großartiges von wegen Self-Check-In zu lesen war. Wir waren wieder einmal mit unserm Katzer Leo unterwegs und den hat's schon ziemlich genervt, dass er so lange warten musste, bis wir eingecheckt hatten. Liegt ein bisschen auch an uns:-(
-Am nächsten Tag wollten wir eigentlich ein Spät-Check out. Das kann man angeblich stundenweise buchen - nur WIE??? Obwohl die Rezeption in der Früh angeblich besetzt sein sollte.... nix. Na gut, haben wir die Besichtigung von Braunau auf den nächsten Besuch in einem anderen Hotel verschoben
- Das Frühstück gibt's nur bis 9:00h!!!! Dafür ist es ... brav. Wurst und Käse aus Plastik, zumindest schaut's so aus. Aber ein sehr netter Kellner hat mir bereitwillig sehr guten Kakao gemacht
