What a great town. What a pity the hotel is such low quality

The town

Cons:

The hotel is tired. It’s crying desperately for renovation. The approach of management is abysmal. Passive aggressive sign on the restaurant door: “taking out food is forbidden, €20 penalty”. My younger son lost the room card and I was told I would need to be charged for it. No self respecting hotel will put up this sign or try to charge for this. Food was bad, there was even mold on a piece of bread. The room smelled, I think it was because of the carpet which had not been maintained properly, that may be the reason also for the dustiness of the room. There was a list of items for which you could be charged, but no useful information such as when is breakfast or what you can do in the town. It very much sounds like the hotel is trying to not get tricked rather than cater for the comfort of guests. This town needs much, much better!!!

Pros:

Стаите са просторни , удобни и с балкон към планината. Чистотата в стаите е на нужното ниво, ресторанта е просторен, чист. Бяхме бързо обслужвани и избраната храна бе приготвена вкусно. Усмихнат персонал. Басейните и площите покрай тях бяха чисти. Нямам забележки. Съотношение "качество - цена" отговаря. Местоположението е чудесно, близо до центъра и парковете. Препоръчвам. ОАтново бих посетила.

Приятен хотел с чудесна гледка
Pros:

Стаята е чиста и поддържана, леглото е огромно и много удобно. Халатите са най-пухкавите, на които някога съм попадала :) Външният басейн е чист и с прекрасна гледка към планината.

Cons:

Предполага се, че спа зоната работи до 20ч, но още в 19ч. външното джакузи вече беше покрито и спасителят затваряше чадърите около басейна.
Ресторантът не подхожда на хотел от този ранг, но поне предлагаше свежи плодове на закуска.
