Curta mas ótima
Pros:

Quando são 10:00h da noite, ligas para um hotel a dizer que chegas ás 00:30h e te dizem que podes vir que terão tudo pronto para ti. Não há muito mais a dizer? Foram espetaculares. 5 stars

Great location and hospitality, but with some notable downsides
Pros:

The hotel is in a fantastic location, very close to the city center. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of options, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay.

Cons:

However, there were several major downsides. The room was extremely small and oddly shaped. There wasn't a single 90-degree angle; the layout was full of sharp corners, and the bathroom was the same. Furthermore, the hotel parking was completely full. Since I booked this hotel specifically for the parking, this was very disappointing. I ended up parking my electric car in a charging spot without actually charging it. I received criticism from the owner for this, and I would like to apologize, but I feel the hotel should understand that their parking space is simply too small for the number of guests. To make matters worse, we arrived late at night and the room temperature was 27 degrees. Sleeping with the air conditioning on was not an option for us. Lastly, the hairdryer was incredibly weak—far too weak for a woman to dry long hair.
