Lost my jacket

Block party in town and difficult to get around. Not property fault. They had parking down street and staff actually came to the lot to ensure we found our way! Wow!

The bathroom is an odd design due to space. When you stand up from the toilet, you pretty much hit your head on a wall cutting out. I'm only 5'2", so anyone taller would have to be very careful. Also, the floors are VERY slippery when wet.

Missing do not disturb signs for doors, which is a small necessity and meant housekeeping couldn't know i didn’t need them and entered the room while i was in there.
Our rooms where on the 2nd and 3rd floor and you could hear the loud music from the bar below and street outside. While this didn't bother me, it may be a deal breaker to others.
The superior room (205) had a very small, high up, almost skylight - so no proper window. And this is not mentioned on their website or booking.com. Again, did not bother me as just needed somewhere to sleep, but may be a problem for others.

Our room was on the 2nd floor facing Water St. and it was very loud into the evening. If the room was facing any other direction I think that it would have been a lot quieter. It was also very loud every time someone took the stairs which were right outside of our room.

Cost was a bit steep however understandable as all other hotel prices were in increased due to a concert.

Very difficult to find the parkinglot

parking was a bit inconvenient but not a deal breaker.

Parking situation and communication regarding it. Conflicting instructions ahead of time--in one communication, it seemed that we should stop at the front of the hotel to drop off our bags and get a parking pass before parking, in another it seemed to indicate we should park first. First, we tried to get to the front of the building, but the street is blocked off (it is a pedestrian area in the summer). Then, we parked in the designated lot/area, only to find the door to enter the building locked. Luckily, a parking attendant happened to be walking by and let me into the building. One of us waited in the car (so we wouldn't be ticketed/towed) while the other went to check in and get the parking pass and key fob to the locked building where the parking is. Not sure what I would have done if I'd been by myself. Same problem on check-out: we had to return the parking building key fob before we had our car. Learning from our earlier experience, we figured this would be the case, so before returning the fob, we positioned one person inside the locked building to open the door after the other person had checked out. Definitely not a situation you want to be dealing with as weary travelers!

Noise level isn't great. Elevator is peculiar. From the outside, it looks a bit sketchy, but my room was fabulous. Breakfast was delicious but pricey.

If I had a rental car, I would not know where to park it. Blue is a small boutique hotel.

Le bruit provenant des différents établissements situés près. Impossible de dormir jusqu’à 3h du matin, même les fenêtres fermées… Très dommage pcq sinon tout était parfait.

Die erwähnten Einschränkungen bestehen in einem Lift ( kein Aufzug), in unerwarteten Stufen im Zimmer, in einem düsteren Ambiente (mag man vielleicht auch als gemütlich empfinden), in Gardinen, die nicht alle Fenster verdunkeln, in einem Bad, bei dem man nicht einschätzen kann, ob der Boden sauber ist und einem niedrigen Bett, dessen Matratze vielleicht doch nicht so ganz top ist.
