The setting of this hotel is absolutely stunning, boasting breathtaking views and a lovely swimming pool area. Having a charming local town nearby made exploring easy, and the staff were wonderfully friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. Additionally, while the underground parking garage has a 1.95-meter height limit (ruling it out if you have a roof box) there was enough street parking available.
Unfortunately, the facilities fell short of expectations. The family room we stayed in was quite dated, in need of renovation, and had visible damage with some sharp edges. There was no mini fridge, no coffee or tea facilities, and no mid-stay housekeeping provided. Outside, the wooden decking around the pool and room was prone to splinters. Service was also limited, with the bar and reception closed for long stretches of the day.
Finally, breakfast was disappointing: the selection was sparse, the fruit was bruised, the yogurt was right on its expiration date, and there were no boiled eggs (only an option to fry your own).
Overall, it's a beautiful location with great potential, but management needs to invest in room updates and better daily amenities.

Super friendly staff on reception (Damien). Good facilities and nice outdoor spaces. The room was large and the bed was extremely comfortable. The location is great to access nearby walks and is only 10 minutes into the town. Free car parking spaces are available on the road around the hotel - watch for signs though to confirm whether you can park there!
The hotel is quite loud and you can hear guests moving around in their rooms/on the corridors. Check-in requires a €100 hold on your card that isn’t released for a week so you are without the money for this time. Paid parking if wanting to park in the hotel garage.

Le personnel est apparu indifférent et peu impliqué. Il ne faut pas s’attendre à une attention particulière ni au moindre geste commercial. À la suite d’une erreur de réservation de notre part (deux chambres réservées à la même date au lieu d’une), aucun arrangement n’a été proposé : ni avoir, ni remboursement, ni même un geste aussi simple que le remboursement des deux petits-déjeuners non consommés. Nous comprenons que l’erreur nous incombait, mais nous avons été déçus par le manque de souplesse et l’absence totale de considération pour le client.
The télémark is quite a large hotel. It was very convenient for us because we were finishing a hike and needed a place to stay in Pralognan before leaving the region but it is not a hotel I would want to spend several days (the room is quite dark and has little furnishing, the carpet smells the ski season too…). The bathroom however is clean and the water pressure is lovely.
the room quite badly insulated. You hear people walking and talking in the corridors as if they were with you.
Also, we had to pay a 100€ extra deposit in case we broke anything during our stay… we found this odd.

Je n'apprécie pas que d'autre personnes puissent passer devant notre terrasse baie vitrée, nous ne pouvions pas ouvrir les rideaux sans être vu a l'intérieur sur notre lit ou à l'extérieur sur notre chaise longue.
Emplacement parfait pour se détendre avant un trek ! L'accueil était chaleureux et l'équipe aux petits soins. Nous avons adoré admirer le paysage de montagne depuis la piscine. La chambre était spacieuse et confortable. Nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir si l'occasion se présente !
Rendre la terrasse non-fumeur. Il serait appréciable de ne pas avoir à subir la fumée de cigarette lorsque l'on essaye de profiter de la piscine...
