The Television is good.
Unfortunately, my experience with the reception staff (or possibly the owner—I’m not sure) was disappointing due to their lack of professionalism.
During my stay, I only called twice. The first time was when I arrived because the front office door was locked, so we genuinely thought the hotel was closed. The second time was because the power outlet for the lamp was loose and crooked. I didn’t want to force it or risk damaging it further, so I called for assistance.
After that, I was told not to call again because I had already called twice. I found this response surprising and unprofessional. As a guest, I believe it’s reasonable to contact the front desk when I need assistance with the room.
Another incident that left a poor impression was when I tipped a member of the hotel staff. The receptionist (or owner) shouted from across the property, “That’s good! That’s good!” While it may not have been intended negatively, I found it inappropriate and not in line with the level of professionalism I expect from a hotel.
Overall, I felt unwelcome and uncomfortable because of these interactions. I hope the hotel can improve its customer service and communication with guests.

The location was good the beds were comfortable
The roof was making alit of noise! I don’t know what the problem was. The price was really high. It’s not hotel at all but still charging like a hotel. You don’t feel you are in the hotel.

Remodeled room that was very nice and comfortable. Comfortable bed and nice blankets. Super hot water in the shower. Nice staff.
Clean, comfortable and affordable, with friendly staff.
Comfy bed. Everything else OK for the price. Also there are 2 restaurants beside it (A Korean restaurant, Domino Pizza) and Tim Horton's across.
At least put a coffee maker and some coffee in the room. It really is a motel-type of accommodation. If you have mobility limitations, there should be a way to let management know so you are not given a room upstairs.
Room was cold. Bottom of door was covered by towels to stop the wind from coming in
