Pros:

The view is spectacular overlooking the Gruyere castle and the Alps - Good Breakfast - Nice personnel - Good restaurant with a nice selection of wines per glass - Free parking

Cons:

The traffic was a bit loud but works for a Saturday-Sunday stay. Likely louder on weekdays.

A única coisa positiva deste alojamento é a bela vista e a proximidade à Maison Cailler

Cons:

O alojamento é muito antiquado, a precisar de obras urgentemente. As camas são desconfortáveis. O wi-fi era fraquissimo e a televisão do nosso quarto nem sequer ligava

Die Lage war ideal. In der Nacht erstaunlich ruhig. Parkplatz hinter dem Haus.

Cons:

Matratzen hängen durch. Eher kühl im Zimmer. Dusche/WC sehr klein und kühl. Store lässt sich nicht bedienen.

Personnel souriant, aidant et réactif

Cons:

Hébergement et équipement datant des années 70, parfois vétuste. Comme je voyage avec mon chien, chambre avec parquet mais avec des lattes cassées. Il y avait aussi la peinture des murs abîmée, la cuvette des toilettes mal fixée, lit peu confortable et couette minuscule, des couvertures supplémentaires qui sont selon moi plus des plaids que des couvertures et pour finir, pas d eau chaude mais d après le personnel c est normal il y a souvent des problèmes !!! Même si le prix est imbattable, c est de mon point de vue inadmissible. Même si le problème d eau chaude à, à priori été réglé, j ai réservé un autre hotel pour la nuit!

Personnel accueillant, sympathique et serviable.
Magnifique vue sur les montagnes depuis ma chambre.
A l'écoute des allergies (gluten et lactose) pour le petit-déjeuner

Cons:

La terrasse du restaurant se trouvait directement. Cela peut être un peu bruyant avec fenêtres ouvertes. Mais compensé par la vue magnifique.

Le personnel de la réception et pour le petit déjeuner était très sympathique et efficace

Cons:

Ameublement très vieillot de la chambre.
Pas d'eau chaude a la douche le matin a 6h30....⁹

Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, wir konnten das Zimmer nach kurzer Wartezeit bereits um 12 Uhr beziehen. Das Frühstück wurde zum gewünschten Zeitpunkt für uns vorbereitet und war sehr lecker.

Cons:

Die Tür/Fenster zum Balkon war mit Klebeband abgeklebt und konnte daher nicht geöffnet werden, dafür war der Lärm von der Strasse weniger höhbar. Das Gebäude ist eher alt und ringhöhrig.

Pros:

El personal és molt amable i la neteja és correcte. L, esmorzar està bé, et preparen una taula amb suc de taronja, pa i embotit, un croissant, mantega i melmelades, un iogurt i cafè.

Cons:

Les instal·lacions són una mica antiquades. La porta del balcó de l, habitació no tancava bé i la calefacció el primer dia no estava engegada. Vaig passar fred.
