Pros:

Hermoso hotel! Nos quedamos solo por 1 noche, pero la estadía estuvo excelente. La habitación estaba bien equipada y limpia.

También destacar que el restaurante del hotel está excelente también.

Amazing location and nice breakfast, lovely furnishings in the room and attentive housekeeping

Cons:

Bathroom ceiling had mould, often experienced a bad/off smell coming from either outside or the bathroom drain like sewerage or rubbish- unsure what this was from, windows would benefit from having thin fly wire as I had a few flies/bees come into my room but wanted the fresh air (mostly due to the smell), downstairs restaurant dinner service was not good at all - inattentive staff, I waited 20-30 minutes to even order (and had to call someone over at that point) and then longer to receive food and drinks, food was cleared and I was left to sit there with no prompt to order dessert or pay, I gave up trying to get any of the waiters attention so walked over to someone who then brushed me off and said you pay with your waiter and when I asked where he was the server pointed to him as he was chatting with a colleague inside, I was really disappointed with this whole experience

The hotel is in a very convenient location. The bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed sitting in the balcony and watch

Awesome
Pros:

Very nice location , the room was so nice has big balcony and amazing look of cogwheels train, lovely alps . The hotel is old , but has good facilities. Train station is walking. Bus stop is near by . Enjoyed there.

Cons:

Breakfast should have more options. In room there should be more lights , it is with stand fan only .

Waterfall
Pros:

Location just at the waterfall - you can enjoy the view from the restaurant's terrace and some rooms. Clean. The room looked renovated and lovely. Fridge, kettle and coffee machine in the room. Free parking. Breakfast was ok and also included. We were staying at this hotel for the second time out of 3 times.

Cons:

The bed was really creaky at the slightest movement.
