A lovely 3 day stay. We would like to return

Manque de confort pour le prix
Pros:

Le petit déjeuner et la vue et le personnel sympa

Cons:

-coussin et matelas trop mou
- chambre chaude , pas possibilité de l’aérer sans qu’un moustique ne rentre et bourdonne toute la nuit dans nos oreilles
- équipement faible ( sèche cheveux qui surchauffe et ne fonctionne plus au bout de 6 minutes)
- proposition de snacks payants mais ne met pas en avant la pancarte avec les prix.
- trop cher
- parking payant + frais de séjours

Location and breakfast exceptional but hotel needs a few improvements
Pros:

Location - lakeside. Gorgeous views of lake and mountain. The breakfast was excellent.

Cons:

Room was hot, only a small fan. Shower head is the kind that shoots out water in a forceful uncomfortable way. Beds are not truly queen or king - only two twins pushed together with the gap in the center. Lack of outlets - had to unplug lights to use an outlet. Also, wasted money on a bus because staff told me that the pass didn’t cover transportation, which I figured out later wasn’t true. It does give free bus rides. Construction noise started next door at 7 am! Seems they should’ve revealed this one of the few times we communicated before I made the reservation.

Nous avons eu beaucoup de plaisir à passer une nuit dans cette hôtel! Le cadre est très joli!
Pros:

Personnel de l’hôtel très sympathique et serviable!
Le repas consommé le soir était délicieux et le choix des vins très bon.
Le personnel soignant et très agréable.

Cons:

Le lit était confortable, par contre la literie était rugueuse, donc désagréable.

Nesplnilo očakávanie
Cons:

Mali sme izbu s balkónom , ktorý bol voľne otvorený k schodisku únikového východu , takže bol na ňu voľný prístup . Večerné a nočné teploty boli vysoké, nakoľko izba nemala klimatizáciu , o čom sme boli informovaní s popisu ubytovania. Mali sme veľký strach mať otvorené balkónové dvere / nedalo sa otvoriť okno/ aj keď sme na recepcii boli ubezpečení, že je to bezpečná lokalita , spánok bol nekomfortný. Na recepcii nám povedali , že nemajú voľnú izbu na výmenu, hoci sa hotel nezdal byť preplnený.
Asi by bolo vhodné o tomto informovať dopredu , určite by som si potom toto ubytovanie neobjednal. Pritom cena za ubytovanie nebola nízka!!!
