A must revisit hotel
Pros:

Great location. Great scenery. Very comfortable room. Very good breakfast. Very very friendly staff.

Cons:

The room is definitely lacking an air conditioner. Yet, the electric fan did good with the warm weather.

Location of the hotel is excellent, right in front of lake Lucerne. Room size was good and facilities was OK.

An absolute gem with a great atmosphere!
This is an excellent hotel with a wonderful, relaxed atmosphere. From the moment we arrived, the reception staff was amazing and made us feel so welcome. Every staff member we met was highly hospitable. Another major highlight was the breakfast, which was great and of very good quality. If you want a top-tier hotel with a chill vibe, this is the place to be!
