Tolles Hotel, ich würde wieder dahin

Sehr freundliches Personal und tolle Lage. Das Frühstück war super.

Das Preisverhältnis zur Grösse der Zimmer war etwas hoch.

Haviem escollit el pagament per avançat. Va haver un problema amb la targeta amb la que haviem fet la reserva i no ens ho van dir fons que no vam anar a recollir l’equipatge.

Kunde uppleva det som jag önskade av resan.
Pros:

Bra frukost, mycket goda ostar. Saknade lite frön ( linfrön) till yoghurt.

Une journée réussie en Appenzell
Pros:

Emplacement très centré avec place de parc devant l’établissement. Le petit déjeuner égarait très généreux. Le personnel très accueillant et attentif aux besoins des clients.

Cons:

L’espace réduit de la salle de bain. Matelas trop mou.

Das Hotel liegt mitten in der Stadt.Sehr zentral.Der Gastgeber sowie das Personal waren sehr nett

Cons:

Leider waren wir von unserem Aufenthalt etwas enttäuscht. Da sich das Zimmer direkt über dem Biergarten und der Küche befindet, war es bei geöffnetem Fenster recht laut. Erst nach Küchenschluss kehrte Ruhe ein, zudem zog der Essensgeruch dauerhaft ins Zimmer.
Ebenfalls enttäuschend war die lange Wartezeit im Restaurant. Trotz des hohen Besucheraufkommens mussten wir über eine Stunde auf unser Essen warten. Auch die Qualität der Speisen entsprach leider nicht unseren Erwartungen.
Wir vermuten, dass das große Besucheraufkommen durch den Bikertreff zu diesen Problemen beigetragen hat. Dennoch fanden wir es sehr schade, da wir uns auf einen entspannten Aufenthalt und ein gemütliches Abendessen gefreut hatten.

Amazing staff
Pros:

Gusthaus Hof, was a fabulous stay, we stayed in the funky ‘Pods’ , it was super quiet and had everything we needed. Quite a modern, semi-lux feel. Staff were amazing, allowing early check in as we arrived early on bikes. We ate here. - food was really good & service amazing. Would definitely stay here again.
