I cannot recommend this place enough. Coming from the US, it was great to have this reliability.
Pros:

The staff there was excellent. They allowed us to drop our bags upon arrival and even allowed us to leave the bags after checkout so that we could explore the area without our luggage. They were kind, patient and helpful with any questions we have.
The hotel was gorgeous and the views of Lake Brienz did not disappoint. The breakfast was fantastic and it offered a wide array of delicious items for us to have.

Amazing stay, really helpful and friendly staff, a great breakfast spread and a fantastic view of yhe lake from the room
Pros:

The location is fantastic, right on lake Brienz. Ringgenberg is a peaceful village just one train stop away from Interlaken Ost.
The connectivity is great, with regular buses and trains connecting to Interlaken at almost all hours

レイクビューの部屋にしたが、本当に絶景！一生の想い出になりました！
インターラーケンの中心地からは少し遠いけど、絶対にその価値はある。バスや電車も乗り方は簡単で意外と苦労しなかった。大好きな宿です！

バスタオルは毎日変わるとは限らない…。でもスイスでは普通なのかも。

What a charming staff and location. we lingered on the terrace staring at the azure lake
Pros:

the views and outside space were spectacular. Sylke was so warm and welcoming upon our arrival and went above and beyond in serving us and taking are of everything for us. she provided maps as well as the schedule for train and bus to Interlaken which were very convenient. She was very funny and was wonderful to our children as well. Also we had drinks on the terrace served on Sunday by one of the owners, David, who was very friendly and even gave us some cool insights into Switzerland. The tourist card you get included in your stay made the bus and train free to/from town. The schedule was frequent enough we never waited longer than 10 minutes in either direction.

Cons:

breakfast was good and had very good but not excellent selection. There is no A/C so take care if it is super hot.

Fantastyczne miejsce, przepieknie położone nad jeziorem (warto zainwestować w pokój z balkonem i widokiem). Przemiły i pomocny właściciel. Mam nadzieję, że uda nam się przyjechać jeszcze raz.

Pros:

The staff were friendly, helpful and excellent overall. The views are magnificent. The rooms are nice and comfortable. We loved staying outside of Interlaken as the train/walk to Interlaken is so easy. So quiet and beautiful!
