Das Restaurant und die Bedienung sind sehr gut.
Das Zimmer könnte renoviert werden. Die Zimmer zur Straße sind nur bei geschlossenen Fenster nachts zu empfehlen
Absolutely Great Location and friendly staff
Hôtel is quite outdated. The rugs I consider personally non hygiénique regardless of the cleaning effort.

Dès que nous avons allumé la climatisation, une dizaine d'araignées sont sorties des coffres de rideaux et mon mari a passé sa soirée à les tuer, ma femme étant arachnophobe ; mais même autrement je ne trouve pas digne d'un hôtel à ce prix
Groot bed, we hebben prima geslapen. Vlak bij het meer en dicht genoeg bij het centrum zonder er last van te hebben.
Verwarrend schoonmaaksysteem. Je moest een schuifje omzetten als de kamer schoongemaakt moest worden. Hij is 3x schoongemaakt zonder schuifje. Toen het toiletpapier opraakte en we het schuifje omzetten werd de kamer niet schoongemaakt waardoor we zonder toiletpapier kwamen te zitten.

The location is excellent as it is only a couple of minutes walk from the station and near all the local amenities. The room is spacious and the bed is comfortable. Also worth noting is the food in the restaurant which was delicious and hearty.
There is little separation between the restaurant and the rooms which means it can be a little noisy late in the evening. The wifi came and went and the lack of any breakfast was somewhat disappointing.

We were looking for the Afghan experience.
We got the hospitality but the evening host for the dinner was below average.
The special Kutchi meal was very good.
No lift,
The room was not cleaned partly due to the shyness of the cleaner not knocking or us not putting the request.
We consider the whole place need a bit a refreshing!
A bit of a mixed bag. Nice and comfy bed, ok bathroom, reasonably clean.
Otherwise quite dated interior, not the newest wall to wall carpets.
J’ai passé une très bonne nuit chez Kutchi, cela répondait à mes besoins (j’avais rdv à un consulat tout près le lendemain). Cependant j’ai trouvé leur localisation joli, en face il y a le lac et une jolie vue sur Genève et le jet d’eau. Il est possible de se balader et vraiment tout s’est bien passé. Je n’ai pas eu le temps ce soir là mais j’aimerais tester le restaurant afghan, il y a une spacieuse terrasse derrière et pas sur la route. Bien insonorisé j’ai bien dormi et le lit était grand et confortable merci 🙏🏽
Great location just a 5 minute walk to the train station and a bus stop right outside.
10 minute train ride to Geneva station. Trains run in both directions very regularly approx every 15 minutes.
Access to the lake for swimming and relaxing directly opposite across the road.
Basic. clean. great value for money. friendly, accommodating staff.
I would highly recommend
The air con wasn’t great. Sometimes you could smell the food from the restaurant downstairs (which looked amazing btw).
The room next to ours was occupied for one of the nights which was pretty noisy
